Neji always believed in Destiny. He never stopped believing. He never stopped when a loser, a dropout like Naruto changed his. He thought Destiny might have slept in that day.

When he found out the truth about his father, he vaguely wondered if She was on vacation. But it didn't matter because when She came back, everything would be all right again.

And when Lee underwent the surgery Tsunade offered but still wasn't cured, he thought that Destiny was finally going to do what She was supposed to. But then he was able to regain his former strength and Neji wondered.

So when Lee kissed Neji, he thought destiny was on crack but after a while, he just stopped caring. Because maybe Destiny was doing what She was supposed to.
