Children of the Gods

Did it ever occur to anyone that perhaps mutants were not a just the next step in human evolution? Did it ever cross anyone's mind that perhaps there was a reason that all through history there have been those born who rose above the rest? And now, more than ever before those special ones are rising to take their birth rights... And the world is welcoming them.

For mutants are not merely different from normal people. They are traced back to the oldest mutants of all time: Hercules, Medusa, Cupid, Moses and even Jesus himself... All mutants throughout time. Mutants are not the next step in evolution. Mutants are the children of the gods, the rightful rulers of our world. And the humas have realized this.

Humans whose children show signs of their godly 'mutations' from birth are delighted and treat the young ones as royalty. All children are treated well, for one never knows just who could be the child of a God. Those who are nothing more than mortal are never looked down upon, but they are not destined to be rulers of the world. For they have not the strength needed to protect their home from invasion.

For while the Children of the Gods are the rulers of man, they are also the protectors. Protectors designated by their greater parentage for the betterment of the world. A hierarchy has been made, composed of the strongest of the Children. Not merely the strongest in power, but the strongest of heart. The most loyal and trustworthy to lead the people until such time as the prophesized Empress arises...An Empress so powerful no one can stand against her...

An Empress who cannot be touched...
