Well, you all know that Jounouchi Katsuya has a drunk father, was separated from his sister and...he's kind of hurting inside? Well, this is what this poem is based on. Actually, it's not really a poem. It's kind of what Jou would say...if he had the chance. It's kind of short. I got inspired...Somehow. Never mind. ^^ Enjoy!

Yugi...Did you remember that day?
Yes, that day.
I was alone.
But you never knew.
I bullied you and pushed you away
For at that moment,
Friends weren't important to me.

A few days later,
You protected me from a guy
That bully
And I realized how wrong I had been

Yugi, you don't know how much your smile meant to me
You don't know how much just being your friend meant
When I was feeling dead inside,
You'd make me happy
It was like I discovered a new universe of bliss
Arigatou.

Serenity, where can I begin?
We were separated
And so began our path to loneliness
I remember the countless night sitting alone
Abused by my own flesh and blood
My father.
Our father.

Serenity, if I could've prevented it...
What would've happened?
We would've been happier.
Why did it have to happen?
