I hate the fact that you're not Rachel, and I'll never want you to be.

I hate your flippant attitude; my friendship is not for free.

I hate that fact that you weren't in my unit and I never knew you till last year.

I hate the way you hang onto Logan's every word.

I hate the fact that I fell in love with you,

It's not easy learning that your only world isn't true.

I hate it when you leave me, cause I don't know if you're coming back.

I hate it when you make me care, saying "I'm here for you".

I hate the way you see through my lies, my smiles, my façade.

I hate the twisted games we must play,

The arm's length you keep everyone away.

But most of all, I hate the fact that you're not mine,

I'm too shy to say it and I don't know why.
