Seto has come to finally put an end to this, once and for all!

The glaring contest continues between the two, with one anxious Pernia awaiting her rescue.

"Ok there will always be a time to stare each other down later." Pernia practically yells. "Now get me the hell out of here!"

Seto's expression doesn't change, neither does the being, but doesn't ignore Pernia.

"I'm leaving with my wife." Seto finally speaks. "Find another soul for your sacrifice because that soul is walking out with me."

"I'm afraid that's where you're wrong." The being growls walking over to Pernia and grabbing her by the neck. "I was destined to be with this woman and not even you will take that away from me."

"Hey, what good am I to anyone if I can't breathe?" Pernia chokes through the tight grip on her throat.

"Get your hands off my wife this instant!" Seto yells stepping forward.

"One more step and I will collapse her wind pipe." The monster threatens.

Seto can't move an inch, but he doesn't want to loose his wife either. Pernia is trying to resist the grip on her neck, but continues to breathe through the tight grip.

Outside

"Ok he's been in there too long." Tea speaks up, breaking the silence.

"Yeah he has been in there too long." Mai echos Tea and sounding worried. "Maybe one of us should go in there."

"Yeah one of us should." Yugi says turning to Yami, along with everyone else's eyes falling on Yami as well. Yami looks around to see everyone staring at him.

"What?" Yami asks in confusion.

"You should go in there and find Kaiba." Yugi speaks up.

"Why me?" Yami asks again.

"Well because he seems to like you well enough." Joey says grinning. "I mean he talks to you more then any of us, but even more to Mokuba."

"Then send him." Duke says pointing to Mokuba.

"Please Duke, he's been through enough." Yami speaks up defending Mokuba. Everyone turns to Mokuba and can see he has gone to sleep.

"See Duke, we can't send him." Tea says with sympathy. "He's so cute when he sleeps."

"Not the point." Mai mumbles. "Fact is someone has to go in and get Kaiba before something happens to him."

"Ok we'll flip a coin." Joey suggests reaching in his cave man uniform and pulling out a quarter. "Heads, Yami goes in, no questions asked, tails, one of us will go. People's choice, no questions asked still."

"Do you always carry a coin with you?" Tea asks with a sweat drop.

"Maybe." Joey says positioning the coin. "Ok here goes nothing."

Joey throws the coin up in the air, with everyone's heart racing as to how the coin will land, what face that will be up. The coin comes out of the air and hits the ground face up. Everyone let's out a sigh of relief, but one is twitching with tension.

"Looks like it's on you Yami." Duke speaks with a grin.

Yami turns towards Joey with slanted eyes of disagreement.

"You know from this point on, I really don't like you." Yami says turning away from Joey and heading to the door to enter. Joey grins and laughs a bit.

Yami continues into the house and upon stepping in, he goes to the staircase and stops. Yami looks towards the livingroom and then up the stairs.

"Kaiba, oh Kaiba, where are you?" Yami calls softly. Yami begins heading up the stairs, being quiet not to stir anything up.

Sacrifice room

Seto still doesn't know what to do and can't make a move.

"Seto, being in shock isn't a good thing right now." Pernia chokes through the monster's grip. "Save me!"

"Forget it Seto, I'm going to be reunited with my wife no matter what you say!" The being roars, now turning to Pernia, locking his eyes with her gaze. "And will take her soul to do it."

Pernia can feel more fear building in her.

"Seto." Pernia speaks dryly.

"I'll make a deal with you Seto." The being speaks turning back to him. "If you leave right now, I'll let you keep your own life and not take this woman's soul, but will keep her for myself."

"Damn that. I'm not going anywhere with you!" Pernia yells shaking her neck loose from his grip. "I'm leaving with my husband tonight!"

::::What to do, what to do.:::: Seto says to himself, trying to think up something quick to save his wife.

Upstairs, same floor

Yami is searching the halls for Seto.

"Seto, you better not have gotten yourself killed, only for me to clean up yet another mess." Yami says to himself, continuing to search the halls.

Sacrifice room

"So do we have a deal Seto?" The being asks cutting out his thought to himself.

"No we don't!" Seto finally speaks up, coming out of shock.

"Oh so I see it has to be like when we were in Egypt." The being growls. "So I see we have to do it like that."

"So be it." Seto says stepping forward. "From ancient Egypt, if we have to take it that far."

"What the hell does that have to do with anything?" Pernia yells in his direction.

A thought hits Seto's mind, a thought about a legend he remembers reading, about a monster born out of jealousy. The words are playing back in his head, in a clear sentence.

"In order to defeat the monster born from Jealousy and hate, a priest and priestess must summon the power of Ra to open the gates of the shadow realm, sending the monster born of spite, back in the darkness in which it rose."

Pernia begins kicking at the monster when Seto's eyes sharpen.

"That is enough!" Seto yells, getting the attention of both the being and Pernia.

"Step away now!" Seto growls taking another foot forward towards them.

"You don't listen very well do you?" The monster says to him. "I made you an offer you can't refuse, but yet you still want to be a hero."

"It's better him then you!" Pernia yells kicking the being hard in the leg, making it flinch. The monster raises its hand to hit her, but before it's hand comes down, it stops suddenly.

"What's going on?" The being asks turning to its hand. Pernia notices it's hand stuck in mid air and turns to Seto, notices his costume is a bit different. He's wearing the Priest uniform from back in ancient Egypt.

"Seto." Pernia speaks noticing how he is dressed.

"You have done enough damage and have gone too far!" Seto speaks in a high tone of voice. "This is where it all ends!"

A purplish light begins glowing around Seto as he raises his right hand.

"You were created through the jealously and hate of both Lector and Nikushimi, and now it's time to send you back to the darkness of the shadow realm where you were born!" Seto yells, as the light becomes brighter.

The chair Pernia is in, she begins hoping to get away from whatever Seto is about to do to the monster, but instead the chair turns over with her in it.

"Ok not the smartest idea." Pernia says feeling a dull pain in her shoulder where she fell.

"You threatened my life, My wife's life and even the life of my little brother!" Seto continues with a light now shining up under the being. Its body becomes frozen in that one spot.

"THE GATES OF THE SHADOW REALM I DO SUMMON YOU!" Seto summons.

With what little strength Pernia has, she pushes the chair out of the way of the hole that is opening up under the being, being careful not to be sucked in with it. The gates then open under the being, beginning to pull it in.

"YOU CAN NO LONGER HARM ANYONE ELSE IN THIS WORLD AND THE NEXT!" Seto roars. "THIS IS YOUR END!"

The being continues to sink, with Yami now finding where Seto and Pernia are. He walks in room, nearly being blinded by the light inside the room.

"He summoned the power of Ra and opened the gates to the shadow realm." Yami notices. Around the blinding light, he notices Pernia on the floor, turned over in her chair. He then rushes over to her and undoes the straps, which are binding her arms down.

"Are you ok?" Yami asks looking in her face.

"I'm fine, thanks to you and Seto." Pernia speaks with a small smile, with Yami helping her up.

The being finally goes under, with the gates of the shadow realm closing on top of it. Seto slowly puts his hand down and slowly turns to Yami and Pernia.

"Seto you did it!" Pernia yells happily running from Yami's side and up to Seto. She slings her arms around him and kisses him. Yami walks up to Seto and Pernia.

"I'm glad you're ok Kaiba." Yami speaks gently.

"Thanks Pharaoh." Kaiba says to Yami, seeing him around Pernia's hair. "Thanks for saving my wife as well."

"Not a problem." Yami continues. "Pernia is one of my friends as well."

"Thanks to the both of you I get to keep my soul and stay with Seto." Pernia says walking up to Yami and hugging him.

The happy silence is broken when a large piece of ceiling comes down and hits the ground in front of Seto.

"What was that?" Pernia asks turning around.

"A piece of the ceiling." Seto says looking up at the ceiling. "I think opening the gates of the shadow realm made this place unstable."

Another piece falls in front of Pernia and Yami, much bigger piece.

"That and summoning the powers of Ra." Seto says again.

"Let's get out of here!" Yami yells pushing Pernia towards the door with him and Seto following. They all vacate the room and begin running down the stairs when another large piece of the ceiling falls in front of them.

"Not good. It's blocking the stairs." Pernia says worried. "Now how are we going to get out?"

"I got a plan." Seto says picking Pernia up by her surprise. "Hold on."

Pernia holds on tight to Seto. He takes a step back and leaps over the large piece of the ceiling that fell. Yami takes a leap behind Seto and they proceed to run towards the exit. As they run down the stairs, every step, along with parts of the house, continues falling down around them.

"Almost there." Seto speaks, continuing to hold on to Pernia tightly with Yami trailing them.

Outside

Everyone has noticed the mansion falling part and is beginning to wonder if the others are going to make it out ok.

"I hope they make it out ok." Tea says watching the front door.

"I know they will." Yugi speaks up in confidence. "Yami won't let anything happen to them."

"Seto, Pernia." Mokuba says with worry in his voice.

Inside

They have just made it down to the bottom and is about to go through the front door, when a huge floor beam falls in front of them.

"The exit." Yami freaks "It's blocked off."

"That's not the only one." Seto says turning towards the window next to the door. He puts Pernia down and runs over to the window, taking his fist through it. The window and the pane break, creating an exit. Seto pushes the rest of the broken glass out, to make sure Pernia doesn't get hurt.

"You first hun." Seto says giving her a hand through the window. He gives Pernia a slight push, which helps her through the window and to the ground on the other side.

"Now you Pharaoh." Seto says to Yami.

"The name is Yami, stop calling me Pharaoh." Yami demands climbing through the window himself and finally Seto then joins them on the other side. The house finally collapses behind them, with a cloud of dust flying everyone's direction.

"That was a close one." Pernia says leaning on Seto.

"SETO, PERNIA!" Mokuba yells happily, running up to them and clinging on to them. "You guys are ok."

"Yes, yes we are Mokuba." Seto says looking down at Mokuba.

"There is nothing like a happy ending." Yugi speaks up, adding to the happy cheers.

"Yeah thanks to you and the rest of them, voting for me to go in." Yami speaks to Yugi, in an angered tone. "Next year, I'm going to the shadow realm Halloween party. At least there, you don't have to deal with any weirdness."

"Well its all over, Let's just all go home and forget this party even happened." Pernia says laying her head on Seto's shoulder.

Seto whistles loudly, which grabs the attention of the Limousine driver. The limo then pulls around and everyone pile inside.

Couple hours later

The limousine has taken everyone home, including the Kaiba's, who are at home right now. Mokuba has been put to bed and Seto along with Pernia are still awake to an extent. Seto is reading a magazine with Pernia in the shower.

"I really hope she enjoyed what we did an hour ago." Seto whistles to himself as he continues reading his magazine. The water in the bathroom is soon turned off. Seto hears the water has stopped running and turns towards the door. The door opens with Pernia walking out in a towel.

"How was your shower hun?" Seto asks gently.

"I loved it." Pernia speaks yawning. "The second best thing I love, next to you."

"Awww that's sweet honey." Seto says putting the magazine down. Pernia climbs on the bed and kisses him. "How did you enjoy our first hour back home?"

"I loved it." Pernia whispers. "I need to go check something."

She gets off the bed and opens her nightstand drawer, pulling out a white and blue box, covering it from Seto's veiw.

"What is that?" Seto inquires.

"You'll see." Pernia leaves Seto in question and goes back into the bathroom.

"I wonder what she had to go check." Seto ask himself putting the magazine completely away. A minute later, Pernia comes out of the bathroom in her robe and goes over to the bed, taking a seat with something in her hand.

"What's that?" Seto asks in a worried tone.

"Do you remember how Nikushimi always teased me about not being able to conceive?" Pernia asks in question.

"Yeah what about it?" Seto asks anxiously. Pernia doesn't say anything, but hands him the test she was holding. He looks at it.

"Ok it's blue so?" Seto says turning back to her. "Don't tell me..."

"I am." Pernia says happily.

"OH MY GOD, I'LL BE A DAD!" Seto yells happily embracing his wife.

"You'll make a great one." Pernia says softly to him, hugging him back.

"I can't wait to tell everyone at my company." Seto says turning back to the test and smiling.

Pernia smiles at Seto and looks down at her stomach, being happy she will be able to give Seto an heir and Mokuba someone to play with.
