Sakura sighed and looked at Sasuke.

'Stupid pervert. I should have left him in the streets...vein pop But he's my team mate so I guess I should take care of him...'

Sakura gave a jump when she heard the booming sound of thunder and soon raindrops fell heavily on the roof. Sakura sighed and went to take a wet towel and a blanket for Sasuke. She wiped Sasuke's face and arms and then placed the blanket over him.

Sakura took a glance at the clock. "4.30pm..-sigh-" Sakura decided to read a few scrolls while waiting for Sasuke to wake up.

- The next morning -

Sakura woke up at 8 and went to check if Sasuke had awoken, since he didn't wake up last night.

((Pig!))

Sakura then went to change and cooked breakfast.

Sasuke upon smelling the wonderful aroma of food, opened his eyes. It took a few seconds for his eyes to readjust before he realized he was in someone's house. Surprised, he quickly bolted up to see Sakura placing two plates down on the table.

"Sa..sakura?" He asked, unsure if he was dreaming or not.

"Eh? Sasuke? Are you feeling alright?"

"Ah. What happened? I don't remember coming here..."

"You fainted remember?" ((Not to mention you fainted on my chest! Die you sick pervert!))

"Then I asked Tenten and Lee san to carry you in, since you needed someone to take care of you."

"Oh... thanks..."

"No problem," Sakura smiled, ((Die! -Stomps on Sasuke plushie and sets it on fire- -Evil laugh-)) "So do you want to eat something?"

Sasuke nodded and sat down to eat with Sakura. It was a quiet meal, neither of them talked, Sasuke was thinking over about yesterday's events while Sakura was thinking of her training with Neji later that morning and ways of torturing Sasuke.

"Hey Sakura?" Sasuke asked as he watched Sakura clear the dishes.

"Hm?"

"Can we talk?"

"Eh?" Sakura asked in shock as she sat back down.

"I wanted... to er..."

"What is it?"

"I... well... you see... I..."

"o.O"

"I..." 'Say you love her damn it!'

"Are you alright Sasuke?"

"Yeah. I just wanted to tell you..."

"Yeah?"

"I don't think you are annoying..." 'Well that was dumb...'

"Eh? Well... thanks Sasuke... I think..." 'Hmph. Like that is going to make me forgive you for what you did yesterday... You will get it soon, Sasuke! I'm in the midst of thinking of my plan!'

"And..."

"And?"

"... Thanks for housing me for a night..."

"Don't worry about it." Sakura forced a smile.

Sasuke then leaned in closer and closer. Sakura had taken no notice of his actions as she pondered on the ways she could pull a prank on Sasuke or get him into trouble.

Just then the doorbell rang.

"Hold on a sec, Sasuke, I'll get the door." Sakura excused herself, still not noticing that Sasuke was about to kiss her and went to get the door. Sasuke slumped his shoulders down and mentally cursed whoever was at the door. 'So close... -sigh- It had better not be Naruto or I'll whack him upside down...'

"Hey Neji sensei! Good morning!" Sakura beamed as she greeted Neji.

"Ah..."

"Isn't it only 8.45 now?"

"I thought I would come by earlier, so we wouldn't need to waste time if you woke up late again."

"...You make me sound like a pig... -vein pop-"

"Well, you make me sound old."

"Come on in first, I'll get my things and we can go."

Neji nodded and he paused in surprise when he saw Sasuke glaring daggers at him.

"What's Uchiha doing here?" He asked, folding his arms, glaring back at Sasuke.

"He fainted yesterday, so I took care of him for the night."

"Hmph."

"Be right back!" Sakura then excused herself and went to get her stuff.

The two boys then just glared at each other, it was like having a glaring contest, neither was willing to blink.

"So what are you doing here, Hyuuga?" Sasuke broke the silence, eager to know why Neji was here at Sakura's house.

"I'm supposed to train with Sakura everyday if you must know."

"..." 'Stupid Hyuuga...'

Before the two could get back staring, Sakura interrupted him.

"I'm ready. Hey Sasuke, are you feeling better now? I have a training session with Neji kun so I can't hang around."

"No problem." Sasuke said coldly and walked out the door.

"So where's your mother?" Neji inquired.

"She's away for some business."

"So you were alone with Uchiha?"

"Ah."

"... Let's go."

"Hai! Neji sensei!"

- Sasuke -

Sasuke walked back to his house, thankful no fan girls were in sight. They were probably holding a meeting in attempt to kidnap him or something. He was thinking about Sakura and Neji when someone interrupted him.

"Yo Sasuke bastard!"

"Idiot."

"What did you just call me?"

"Shut up, you are going to burst my eardrums soon."

"Have you had breakfast yet? Have you? Have you?"

"Yeah. And stop jumping around me like that, it's annoying."

"Fine. So why do you look like trash?"

"Shut up."

"Huh? Huh? HUH?"

"Shut up Naruto!"

"Then answer my question."

"No."

"Come on!"

"No way."

"If you come with me to Ichiraku, I'll stop asking you. -Puppy dog eyes-"

"...Fine... Let me go get changed first." 'I have nothing to do anyway...''

- At Ichiraku -

"Hey Naruto over here!" Kiba waved to Naruto.

"Hey!" Naruto greeted back.

Sasuke reluctantly followed Naruto and found Kiba, Shino, Chouji and Shikamaru.

After greeting each other and ordering their meals, the guys started chatting.

"So why are you people doing here?" Sasuke asked.

"Boy bonding!" Naruto yelled.

"Er.. okay... Anyway... how was your mission?" Kiba asked Shikamaru.

"Boring and troublesome..."

"It was alright." Chouji smiled.

"Ino decided to take a detour to meet her parents at the Wind country, since her parents are there having a vacation."

"Oh..." Kiba nodded.

"So how's everything in Konoha since we left?"

"Everything's great!" Naruto punched a fist in the air.

"O..okay..." Shikamaru raised an eyebrow.

- After eating -

"I'm so full..." Kiba sighed and rub his stomach and Akamaru barked. Kiba had challenged Naruto to a ramen-eating contest. Kiba could only eat 5 bowls, but Naruto could eat 10 and counting. Chouji only ate 3 bowls and was stuffing himself with his favourite food, potato chips.

"Hey isn't that Sakura and Neji?" Chouji pointed out at the window.

Shikamaru who was asleep looked up and saw Sakura and Neji walking past the ramen store. Sakura looked like she had just ran 50 rounds around Konoha.

'Pretty tough training for an hour and a half...' Sasuke thought.

"What is she doing with Neji?" Naruto asked in shock.

"She's training with him." Sasuke simply replied.

"What? Whatever for?"

"Don't know. It's an everyday-thing"

"What?"

"Hmph. Maybe she wants to get stronger..." Shikamaru suggested.

"What?" Naruto said again, still overwhelmed by shock.

"Stop saying 'What' it is getting irritating." Shikamaru said lazily.

"Hey Shino..." Kiba said still staring at the window.

"Hm?"

"Do you want to spar sometime?"

"Sure. That would be a good idea."

"I'll inform Sakura san then..."

"Wait a minute... why do you need to inform Sakura?" Shikamaru asked.

"She asked us if we were to spar, she would like to come see..." Shino explained, pushing up his glasses.

Shikamaru straighten up. "Do you like Sakura?" He asked and everyone glared at Shino. Shino merely pushed up his glasses and cleared his throat.

"Oh my gosh! You all like Sakura don't you?" Naruto yelled in shock.

"Well, I only like her a little.. she's kind of cute..." Chouji commented.

"Oh my gosh! I'm surrounded by Sakura-lovers!"

"Shut up idiot," Sasuke was clearly irritated by everything that went on so far, "It's not as if you still like her right? You said you thought of her as a sister."

"Besides it's not like someone doesn't like you or anything. Hin- ouch! Shino!"

Shino coughed and Kiba realized he almost spilled the beans of Hinata's crush on Naruto.

"But! This is so freaky!" Naruto exclaimed, not noticing the obvious hint Kiba just gave away.

'Thankfully, Naruto is a little dumb...' Kiba sighed.

"Tell me about it." Shikamaru sighed and placed his head on his arms as he went back to rest.

"You don't suppose we should join the Sakura club?" Kiba asked.

"What?" Naruto shouted yet again.

"No way! Those people there are way freaky..." Shikamaru sighed, "And stop over reacting Naruto, you are scaring people away."

"But! But! But!"

"-Sigh-"

(A/N: Some people were suggesting and KibaSakuShino triangle, I guess I'll write a little on that. I've decided to make all the guys like Sakura! Except Lee and Naruto... But the main pairings are still NejiSakuSasu, Naruhina and Leetenten. If you totally object to this new idea, please do tell me, and maybe I'll write a chapter 9.2. Tee hee...
