The Truth About Vampires
A Stargate ATLÅNTIS fan-fiction.

Disclaimer: I don't own anything of the ATLÅNTIS universe.
Spoilers: Uh, I don't know. Possible explaination of vampires.
Season: 1 (duh!).
A/N1:
I apologize if I get the mannerism of the characters wrong. Since there have only been two episodes of the series as of this writing, I haven't really been able to get a feel for what they are like, yet.
A/N2:
I would just like to go on record by saying I think the actor who plays Major Sheppard is very, very, very, hot!
"So, what do you think?" Maj. John Sheppard showed an oblong-shaped ball to Lietuenant Aiden Ford.
"It looks like a football," Ford replied.
"Exactly, I'm thinking of showing the kids how to play."
"You sure you're not just gonna show Teyla how to play."
"Nah, I showed her last week."
"Ah."
"What are you reading?" John looked over the lieutenant's shoulder.
"Dracula."
"Cool."
Walking to his quarters, John played catch-the-ball with himself. Ford likes Dracula. Wonder if he likes Buffy the Vampire Slayer, too. Something in John's mind pieced together like a jigsaw puzzle.
Dracula and all the other vampires suck a person's blood, another term, their life-force until they're dead. Vampires look demonic, and have sharp teeth. The Wraith suck a person's life-force until they're dead, look demonic, and have sharp teeth. If the story of Atlantis survived the trip to the Milky Way galaxy, perhaps so did the tale of the Wraith. Over the years the tale was passed from generation to generation. Gradually the story changed from the Wraith sucking the life-force from a person with their hands to vampires drinking a person's blood with their teeth.
Cool. Wonder if McKay knows this yet.
A/N3:
Well, that was my first ever attempt at an ATLÅNTIS fan-fiction. I know it's short, and probably doesn't make a lot of sense, but please review anyway.
