Running through the forest –

Laughing with joy –

With you by my side,

Never shall we die!

Hidden in the shadow,

Silent as always.

Just standing beside them

… We're going to die…

Peering through the trees,

No words do I need.

Silence overwhelms me

… I wish I knew how to speak.

Angel: Bah on you! This little poem thing was actually written for my Creative Writing class. We were supposed to come up with an abstract thought and a physical place, which is how I got the title – Foolish Forest. Somehow, my poem turned into this. -points at poem- It wasn't supposed to be a fan poem…
