Random Rambling #2

By Rai Hiiragizawa-Gainsborough

Author's Note: The second installment in my Random Ramblings series. On Wilt, as usual. Can be taken in either my POV, or in Francis' POV. Don't flame me, they'll be used to burn Bloo at the stake. BWAHAHA!

I'm getting better at this, you know.

I watched him today for what seemed like an eternity too long and an infinity too short. Only I could contradict myself like this.

His smile was there again, amidst his light and glow and warmth.

It is the closest I have ever seen heaven's beauty on earth.

His every move, every gesture is given with burst of laughing and passion and light.

His words full of encouragement and love and empathy.

Does he know what feelings he stirs up in those who savour his light, his warmth, HIM?

Perhaps. Perhaps not. He, humble and naïve and innocent... But I wonder, is he?

That which he calls his imperfection is his lingering beauty, but also the story of the hardships life has dealt him.

Making me wonder, why is it that one so full of joy and smiles and dimmed fiery love should be dealt with such a cruel hand by fate? But perhaps, it doesn't matter? It is often the most unusual things that makes us what we are, and the blistering hardships that make us shine the brightest.

But none can ever be brighter than him.

Then you. Never look at anyone but you now.

I watch on, red form tall and lanky, such a wondrous, glorious smile on you face... It fits you so well, like the thick black stitches and the deep blue number one...

You are unlike anything before, you elude all logic and sense, stripped of all impurity and foul reality to be laid bare in all your shinning, wonderful glory...

So soft and warm are you to the touch, so frail and malleable, so real and yet so intangible.

I would but gladly drown in you; in your passion, in your light, on your warmth, in your smile, in your smile—In YOU.

I once heard you called broken.

Little did they know that it is they who are in need of repairs. You are perfect. Born of pure, lust-less innocent imagination. You are what we all wish to be, what we all wish to have, to hold in ourselves and claim your light.

But you share it so openly with everyone, that if ever it were taken away, there would still be so much, so much more than anyone of us can hold, more perhaps than even you can fathom. There's just so much of you for all of us... So much more.

Wilt. I'm still watching you.

- 9 / 30; 11 : 37

Whoosh. I told you I had a new one coming. Not as fanciful and emotion-stirring as the first, but a bit more thought-provoking and dark, don't you think so? I think I'll start that Wilt x Francis x Terrence love triangle fic that's been running around my brain for a while now... Tehehe!
