It was an early autumn morning. Freya had just gotten dress and was now finishing up her breakfast, which was bacon, eggs, and toast.
As she began to clear the table, there was a knock at the door followed by a whistle, indicating ‘come get your mail.’
Freya walked to the living room to answer her door. When she opened it, she was staring at a twenty year old man in a simple blue out fit.
“Good morning Ms. Crescent.” said the mail man as he handed Freya three envelopes. Two were white, but the other was black marked ‘its time.’ in red letters.
Freya stared at the envelope curiously. She could see it had a white skull bone cross.
“Good day.” the man spoke. He then walked off whistling.
Freya closed the door and put the two envelopes down on the table. She opens the other envelope and a black thin piece falls to the floor.
It seemed to have something red on it. Wait! It was blood. Freya looked a little closer; it was a braid with blood on it.
The sight of the braid made Freya gasp. It really was time.
Okay. That’s the prologue. What does that braid mean? What was it time for? Find out soon. Please read and review.
