-Chapter 2-

It was mourning time, around 10:00AM. Sonic was just taking a mourning rush into the air. He then runs into Tail's as he makes a dash around the corner.

"Whoa easy Tails!"

"Sonic! I have been looking everywhere for you!"

Sonic could see the worry expression on Tails face, he was looking like something was terribly wrong.

"Well what's the problem?"

"You haven't heard yet?"

"Heard what?" said Sonic now curious to know.

"Amy's been kidnapped!"

Right as Tails said that, all sorts of things started to rush in Sonic's mind.

"What? How? When?"

"I dunno, it happen last night, right when she left my workshop."

"Oh great. I gotta find her!" said a sarcastic Sonic

"It looks like Eggman's back up to his old tricks again."

"But what would he want with Amy?" questioned Sonic real confused.

"I have no clue. But I'm going to search up on the some research of where they could have taken Amy."

"Good idea Tails. I'll search around as well."

Tails then starts to think.

"Do you think Knuckles seen her or even know anything about this?"

"I dunno I could ask him. But I seriously doubt it. Knuckles is too much wrapped in the Master Emerald to even pay attention for anyone to get kidnapped."

"True. Well tell me if you find anything and I,ll tell you any info I come up with as well."

"Sure thing, lil bro."

Tails then fastly walks on off, while Sonic zooms off in the other direction looking for Amy. He wondered who would have took her. Eggman doesn't really equal up to the problem, unless he's really doing something drastic. Sonic didn't want to think of the worst, so he just kept his mind positive rushing on down the path.

Amy begins to open her eyes tiredly. All she could see around her was mostly darkness. Now realizing she wasn't at home, she begins to wake up completely looking around the place frantically.

"Where am I?"

Nobody didn't answer her, since it was soo dark, she didn't even know if anybody was in there with her.

"Hello? Anyone here?"

No answer. Amy then stands up on her legs, feeling groggily as ever. She didn't have a clue how she got here. Its like her mind went blank. Amy begins to take a step forward, trying to find some kind of light in the area she was in. She continue to move up closer, but she quickly stopped when she heard footsteps from afar behind her.

"Who's there?"

Once again no answer. Amy just shook her thoughts away thinking it probably was her imagination, so she continue to step on and as she did she ran into someone.

"Whoa!" said Amy scared half too death.

A flame outta of no where then sparks up by the figure she just ran into and as she see's who it is, she almost fell back on her butt.

"Shadow?"

Indeed it was Shadow, he didn't say anything to her for at the moment instead just stared.

"Your still alive?" said Amy shocked.

Shadow sighed.

"Of course I am. I survived the blast from the Ark." said Shadow with a stern voice.

"But everyone else around thought you were dead."

"And as you can see they were nothing but incompotent gullible idiots."

Shadow then uses the flame he has ignited on the stick, to flame up with the pile of wood located on the floor, that Amy didn't notice until now. It brought more light into the area and Amy then could make out that they were in some hide-out cave.

"Where are we?"

Shadow didn't say anything instead just stayed quiet, too focused on igniting the pile of wood. Amy then gets upset, from his silent treatment on her, felt like she was getting ignored.

"Listen here Mister! Could you atleast tell me what is going on? How did I get here?"

Shadow still didn't say anything. Amy was getting madder by the minute. She then taps him on his shoulder.

"Excuse me! I'm talking to you!"

Shadow quickly swooshes on her scaring her half to death. His red crimson eyes lookedreally annoyed and they seem to glow with anger as they stared into Amy's eyes.

"If you must know, your located in White Jungle. I took you and kidnapped you because I was told you hold something very powerful. And that is what is going on. OK?"

Amy then quickly backs up, when she heard how Shadow voice got raised.

"I...I..hold something powerful? Who told you that?"

"Someone did. Ok? Someone." said Shadow frustrated.

Amy just stayed quiet, when she sees how Shadow wasn't looking soo happy.

"I'm sorry to get you soo upset...I just wanted to know."

Shadow then walks past Amy, with a smirk on his face.

"And I guess you have every right to know? Huh?" said Shadow in a sarcastically tone.

Amy just gives Shadow a frown, she didn't know why he was soo mean to her. She then starts to follow him, where ever he was going. She started to see some light peering in the cave and thats when she find the opening, it now looked totally like a jungle. A jungle she never seen before in her life.

"I never seen this place before."

"Well get use to it, because your going to be here for awhile."

"What? Why?"

Shadow once again didn't say anything and instead just darted up on a nearby tree branch looking like he was looking out for something.

"Did you hear me? I want to go back home!"

Shadow continue to look out at the sky. Amy could figure he was ignoring her again.

"Please! Listen to me!"

A tear begins to drop down Amy's eye, after she see she wasn't getting any reponse from Shadow, she knew she never get to see her home again or even her friends. She maybe here until she dies, who knows what Shadow will do to her. Since he claims she holds something powerful. Amy just sunked to her knees on the ground, putting her face in her hands, sobbing. It was a sad thing to even think about it.

"I'll never get home! I'm going to be stuck here forever!" said Amy crying her eyes out.

Amy continued on her sobbing, she didn't notice Shadow by her until she felt his presents near. Shadow kneeled to the ground till he was facing her face and removed her hands from her eyes. As he did Amy swooshed her head in another direction, she didn't want him to see her crying.

"You will be safe at home soon, trust." said Shadow for once in a mellow like voice.

Amy turns her head back around until she is facing Shadow's face. She could tell from his expression that he meant every word of it. She then see's his hand go over by her face, wiping a tear drop from her cheek. They stare at each other for a sec, until Shadow stands up on his legs, starting to walk off into the jungle again.

"I,ll be back."

"Where are you going?" said Amy sniffling.

Shadow continued to walk on off.

"Just know that I will be back and don't move."

Shadow then darts off in the jungle, leaving a cloud of smoke behind him.

"Wait!"

It was too late, he was way gone. Amy didn't want to be out in the jungle alone, who knows what else is out there with her. But she decided to take Shadow's advice and stay in the cave. He said that he would be back and that really right now is the only thing that matters.

Okay guys, I know this story is moving about slowly, and I'm sorry about that. But I will be adding more in the process as I type up. I hope you guys will still like it, thanks for the comments and critism from the reviewers I try to get better as go along...
