Tom and B'Elanna on the Flyer in Drive. After the explosion and the reintroduction of the question.

"Why are you still avoiding the question?"

"I'm thinking."

"Think faster."

"Why? Are you going to withdraw the question?"

"No. But I might start to beg, it could get embarrassing."

They kissed.

He finally withdrew.

"So I can take that as a yes?"

"Maybe," she said in a playful tone.

He smiled as he went in for another kiss but was stopped by the COMM.

"Janeway to Delta Flyer."

Tom felt his teeth with his tongue as he went for the COMM button. "Flyer here."

"Tom are you alright?"

"Yeah, we're fine. The flyer is damaged and can't fly. Can you come pick us up? B'Elanna and I want to speak to you."

"We're on our way. Janeway out."

Tom turned back to B'Elanna.

"How do you want to tell her?" B'Elanna asked.

"Let's be blunt. It's the easiest way."

"Yeah."

They kissed.

Tom and B'Elanna were standing in the Captain's ready-room. Kathryn was sitting.

They had just explained why they left the course.

Kathryn seemed disturbed. Maybe it was the fact that the warp core was dumped, maybe it was that they were sabotaged; maybe it was that Harry told them by Morse code. Whatever the reason, Kathryn was disturbed.

"Also Captain we have an announcement. Tom," B'Elanna through the responsibility.

"We, ah." Tom looked at B'Elanna and sighed. "We umm, we're gonna get married."

Kathryn stared at them in amazement. Her mouth slowly fell open.

Tom and B'Elanna stared at the Captain bracing themselves.

Kathryn stood up and circled her desk. She taped her COMM badge. "Janeway to Neelix." She sounded furious. "Get to my ready-room NOW!"

Tom and B'Elanna were a little frightened.

"Quickest way to get him up here." Kathryn smiled. She hugged Tom and B'Elanna. They smiled. "Do you want to do it now? We aren't going anywhere for a few days."

Tom and B'Elanna nodded.

Moments later Neelix appeared. "Yes Captain." He was out of breath.

"We need to plan a wedding in under an hour."

Neelix's eyes almost popped out of his head. "Tom?"

The grin on Tom's face quickly covered his face. Tom's eyebrows flexed as his arm circled B'Elanna.

"There's so much to do!" Neelix said giddily as he ran from the room.

"This is it B'Elanna." Chakotay said to B'Elanna outside the Mess Hall.

"I'm ready."

"Good."

They stepped forward and the doors opened. Neelix told Harry and the Band they were there.

The song began.

Chakotay escorted B'Elanna up to Tom and Kathryn.

"Today we gather together to celebrate the union of Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres," Kathryn began in her 'speech' voice. "Since I had little time to prepare, I have forgotten my lines. Because of this Tom and B'Elanna will say there own vows."

Tom and B'Elanna looked surprised. They didn't plan for that. insert vows from Course Oblivian here.

"And now, by the power vested in me by the United Federation of Planets, I pronounce you man and wife." Kathryn smiled. "Tom, you may kiss the bride."

Tom complied happily. B'Elanna through the bouquet and Seven caught it. Harry started playing and Tom picked up B'Elanna and carried her to the Flyer.

He set her down. "Shall we?" He smiled.

"Let's go."

The shuttle bay doors opened and the Flyer flew out.
