I was once Light
I was once light,
Once so pure.
I had friends,
who loved me I was sure.
Until one day I fell,
Through the black night,
No hands reached to help me,
And I continued to fall from the light.
He came like the shadows,
And grabbed me from behind.
I screamed and shouted,
Calling to my Yami through the mind.
I screamed and pleaded,
'Help me Yami! Please!'
He did nothing,
Just remained quiet to tease.
Silver and crimson,
Wasall I could see.
As the darkened figure,
Took it's leave from me.
Broken and bloody,
I brought myself to my feet,
Getting home, I cried again,
Falling to a seat.
I shook with sobs
And immense pain.
I hear Yami come in,
But he ignores me again.
Why should you care?
Why should I try?
I wish to leave here,
Spread my wings and fly
But you'd find me again,
And fill me with guilt.
Before leaving me again,
With all this pain that's built.
NO MORE! NO MORE!
I can't take this anymore!
I rush to the bathroom
Slamming the door.
A sinister glint,
And a quiet slash.
Before falling to the floor,
In what seemed like a flash.
Distant footsteps,
Ring through my ears,
Along with screams
And silent tears.
It's too late now,
You've pushed me to this.
I took this shot,
And I haven't missed.
"Why did you leave me?"
I whispered under my breath.
"He raped me you know?
Then left me to death"
He shouted a response
In these final moments before death,
But its too late now,
I've taken my final breath.
I was once light,
Once so pure.
Now I've fallen to the darkness
Lost forever more.
Please review I was feeling sort of depressed writing this.
