Hermione got run over by a Death Eater
Walking back from the Great Hall Christmas Eve.

But as for me an' Harry, we believe.

She'd been drinking too much pumpkin juice,
And we begged her not to go.
But she forgot her library books,
And she staggered out the doorinto the hall.

When we found her Christmas morning,
At the scene of the attack
She had foot prints on her forehead,
And incriminating snake markson her back.

Now we're all so proud of Harry,
He's been taking this so well.

It's not Christmas without ‘Mione,

And we just can't help but wonder
Should we open up her books
or sell them back?
