-Bleeding Blue-

When you bleed it is supposed to be red. Red is the crimson that represents life and how it spills out of control so easily with barely one strike. I do not see such a color unless I look into my own eyes where I see no fire, only dying embers. I am dying. I am bleeding blue. We are born with a shade of blue from our veins. When we are down, we say we have the blues. I always seem to feel that way. I do not live in the shadows of black but in the hues of blue. I represent this color; my attire, these stripes even my flowing blood. I am only given scarlet in these void orbs since elsewhere is in lack. We are given blue blood but it is never seen from a wound, ever; only mine, only for my eyes, empty and envious.

As it drips, I watch myself bleeding blue...

I am the phoenix of not red but blue flames...
