I keep scolding for your own good
You said you’d never listen though I always knew you would
Silly little boy with a silly little mind
There was something in you I thought I’d never find
With your red hair and freckles, so endearing to me
Those secret glances I give you, I don’t think you ever see
Oh wait, I think you do see them but they come off as scowls
It’s because you never do your homework! How can you not do homework, HOW!
I’ll pent up my frustration, long enough to get the message through
There are still so many things I have yet to say to you
Sometimes I want you to hold me, or maybe grab my hand
To be truthful, I really would like for you to pass your Potions exam
Okay, enough about school, I still need to get the message through
About the feelings I’ve had for you
Or maybe I should wait until later
I really have to finish my Charms paper
Do you see how I’m stalling? I really have to try
To just be straightforward and to no longer lie
You’re on my mind from dusk till dawn
And that just proves I love you, Ron…
