"HOW DARE YOU SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO ME? YOU … YOU STUPID ARROGANT, MEAN-SPIRITED, EGOTISTICAL GIT!" Lily Evan shrieked at the top of her lungs. Then in a whisper, she added, "Astronomy Tower"

WHAT DID YOU JUST Call ME…. YOU SELF-CENTERED BITCH?" James Potter hollered back, as his friends watched in utter amazement. They were at it again. No one heard, though, when he added, also in a whisper, "8:00 p.m."

That is, no one was supposed to hear. However, Sirius Black, James' best friend, was very perceptive. He nudged Remus Lupin in the side and pointed. They looked back just in time to see Lily give an almost imperceptible nod. This was followed another round of shrieked insults, "I DO NOT HAVE TO STAND HERE A TAKE THIS FROM THE SECOND BIGGEST MAN-WHORE IN THE SCHOOL!"

She stormed off up to the girls' dorm and slammed the door behind her. James gave an exasperated sigh, muttered "you'd know," and slammed out of the portrait hole, leaving Remus and Sirius to stare after them. They looked at each other wondering what had just happen.

"You think we should go follow them and see what the hell is going on?' Sirius asked. Remus nodded and went to get the Invisibility cloak out of James' trunk. They waited until Lily came down, mumbling about hall patrol. They followed her out and slipped under the cloak. Hallway after hallway, corner after corner, they followed her up. Until finally they reached the astronomy Tower, just as the door closed.

Opening it very quietly, the two boys crept in. the first thing that met their ears was a loud sigh. James. Then,

"You know, I still hate you." Lily

"I know"

"this doesn't change much of anything."

"Of course not." This rather muffed agreement was followed by a soft female groan. Remus and Sirius shot each a shocked look and crept forward. Ragged labored breathing met there ears this time. What the hell are they doing? Remus mouthed. Sirius shrugged. They turned the corner to see Lily backed up against the wall, her hands in James' hair, tugging lightly. James was pressing against her, his hand up her shirt. They were kissing wildly passionately, tongues in each other's mouths.

Lily POV

God. I don't believe I just said that! I am such an idiot. You know, I still hate you? Of course I don't hate James… God I'm in love with him, but I can't tell him that. He'd laugh at me. Oh well.

"Of course not." He mumbled against my necked. He touched on my weak spot with his tongue and I groaned softly. Weaving my hands through his hair, I pulled his head to my face and kissed him. Feeling his wicked tongue brush against my lips, I open my mouth allowing him entrance.

Why do have the feeling we are being watched? I whispered in his mind.

Probably because Sirius and Remus are standing over by the door under my invisibility cloak, gapping at us, he replied.

Oh. Hey want to give them another shocked?

Sure! What?

Just follow my lead. K?

Ok.

"Oh James… " I moaned. He pulled away, smiled at me and went back to what he had been doing before, nuzzling my neck. " I take it all back, James." I moaned, god how I want him to see I really mean it and it's not just acting for his friends. "I don't' hate you and I never did! I…" I pulled his head up again, but this time I just rest my forehead against his. "I love you, James Harry Potter!" I put everything I was into that.

You are either the best actress I have ever seen or you really meant that.

I… I…Oh Alright I mean it.

Good…

"Oh My God!" I heard Sirius yell from under the cloak. Then Remus saying "Sirius you nub-skull! You want to get us fucking caught!"

"I love you too, Lillian Maria Evans." James said quietly, then turned and walked up to the loan foot by then door. "Guys? Did I ever tell you that I can see through the Invisibility cloak like it's not there?"

No POV.

Lily walked up behind James smiling and slipped her arm around his waist. He did the same to her. Remus and Sirius' jaws dropped and James and Lily began to laugh. They were still laughing, when, on the way back to the common room, Sirius asked, "Hey, you said James was the second biggest Man-Whore in the school. If he's second who is first?" This caused everyone to laugh harder.

"You are, Sirius" Lily replied.
