Only Me

I sit upon this sled,

Cold,

And hungry.

So is Gabe.

But i am also lonely.

No one should ever have to feel this way.

Now that i have the memory,

I want some one to hold me,

Some one to love me.

Gabe is no longer enough.

I need a family.

I need MY family.

But that is not possible,

So I am left alone.

Friends will not be easy to come by.

My friends back in the community,

They weren't my friends,

For they could not feel.

They were just led to believe they could.

I am alone,

ALL alone.

I want a home,

A place where love is present.

I want laughter,

I want music,

But all I have is me.
