“Rouge?... ROUGE WAKE UP! We’re gonna be late!”. Rouge the bat awoke to the sound of her roommate screaming in her ear. Yawning, the white bat attempted to pull the covers over her head and go back to her well deserved sleep however the blonde otter that was sharing the college room with her had other ideas. Taking hold of the bedcovers, Charlie pulled back the sheets back, exposing Rouge to the cold bedroom air. She then tossed the now awake white bat some clothes and reached for her own brush, ready to take her bottle blonde locks into place.

“You know Rouge, You’re so lucky that I get up and go for my swim. If I didn’t, then you would be failing your classes… Well more than usual anyway”, she said with a smirk. Rouge simply glared at otter who had awoken her from her oh-so-sweet dreams. Sometimes she couldn’t stick Charlie at all but she always there for her when she needed help with coursework or when she needed advice concerning Her and shadows relationship.

“I know. Thanks.”, Rouge replied as she grabbed her bag and a handful of her makeup. She headed towards the door when Charlie called to her.

“Do you want a pop tart?” the otter asked between mouthfuls. Rouge smiled gratefully as she took a steamy hot tart from the plate and hurried out of the door, munching and reading at the same time. As she turned the corner, heading towards the university library, she collided with someone which knocked her off her feet. Grumbling slightly, she reached for her scattered book, not bothering to look up.

“Dear me Rouge, you should really watch where you’re going”………..
