Angst poetry I wrote about some of my favorite characters. I do not own Spiderman or the Phantom – I do, however, own Vrakhos. Please review!

Cling to the wall with the edge of your hand

Watch your shadow falling away

Stifle the pain that drinks from your breath

Save the night for the end of the day

Music strikes the chord

Cuts the cord

Of the chandelier

Shatters light

Pain beats against the transparent mask

Pane of glass

Fear

Curl your life into a fist

Feel the rays of dark shine on what you missed

Write your world into the flame

Ashes spin around the dream

No longer drawing the game

Can't see the tree for the smoke of dead leaves
