Olivia walked out of the court room after being questioned by Michael Gardner, he was acting as his own lawyer in his case.

He was accused and arrested for the rape of Carrie Huitt, and they also had evidence of his fingerprints at three other rapes.

They had linked him to all four before going to his apartment and calling him down.

He had been told his food had come as they found he was waiting for some.

So he came down to pick it up, but was stopped and brought to the wall and searched before Olivia had started to cuff.

He said he didn't do what ever it was, and then Olivia told him "its rape Mr. Gardner".

She only had one of his hands behind his back in the tight hold, so his other got lose and he managed to turn and punch her in the face.

"You just made a big mistake"

she heard Elliot whisper harshly into his ear as he shoved him roughly into the wall before he finished cuffing him and giving him his Miranda Rights.

"You ok?"

Fin had asked her, she put her hand up to check for blood, none

"yea, I'm fine" she said to him.

At the station she was going to get Carrie ready to see the line up, when she passed the room where Cragen was watching the Interview of Gardner.

"How did my client get hurt between his home and the station?" his lawyer asked

"I don't know, how did he?" Alex asked turning to look at the Detectives in the room.

"He fell"

Fin said with the most calmest voice she's heard

"bull" his lawyer said

"I only see his torn knuckles from punching Detective Benson in the face, so unless you want to add assault of an officer to the tab I say we move on" Alex said, his lawyer listened and did.

She was almost as shocked as Alex was when she was told he was going to represent himself at the Trial.

She couldn't believe that he was going to, and that the Judge was going to let him do it.

She was put on the stand and questioned, by both Alex and Gardner, she couldn't believe it!

He had asked her if 'she had a personal stake in him' she almost laughed out loud at that.

"You weren't mad that I had alluded your grasped in front of your colleagues?" he asked her, how she managed to keep a straight face then amazed her.

"No I have no personal stake with you, and I have most certainly been hit much harder"

she told him, noticing a look Alex had on her face as she said that.

She laughed now, as she walked out of the court house and headed back to the Station house.

Gardner had through she didn't question him because she was embarrassed because he punched her, ha!

"Jackass" she said as she got into her car and headed back to the station to wait for Alex to come back and tell them what they had after the Trial.
