The man turned a
corner only to find himself looking down a dead end alley. “Oh
no…oh God no.” The man ran and hid behind the dumpster farthest
away from the entrance, and prayed that whatever was following him
wouldn’t see him. “Please…oh please don’t let it find me.”
He said. “Too late.” The man spun around to find the source of
the voice he had just heard. A scary looking man met his gaze. “What
do you want from me?...please just let me live I’ll give you
whatever you want!” as the man said this he ducked down even
farther. The scary man smiled. “I’m afraid you can’t give me
what I want and be able to live through it.” The scary man’s face
morphed into a vampire’s. The vampire took one step towards the man
and was knocked down by someone. Spike stepped out from behind a
dumpster. “Bloody hell…here I was thinking it was gonna be a
quiet night.” The vampire started to get up but Spike brought the
heel of his boot down on the back of the vamp’s head. “I was all
set in and ready to watch Jay Leno but no. I look out my window and
see you chasing this guy.” Spike grabbed the vamp by the collar,
pulled him up off of the ground, and drove a wooden stake through his
heart in all one motion. The vamp turned to dust. Spike took a look
over at the scared man who was still trying to hide. “Go home and
rest…how far away you live anyway?” said Spike. “I don’t live
here. I’m on vacation.” the man replied. “Oh is that so?”
Spike smiled “Well then mate…let me be the first to welcome you
to L.A.”
