You might be wondering what happened at the War of the Scars. I'll let you in on a secret. I'm Annie Shan; Zillah's my given name. So, Dylan and I joined the vampirites, unaware that my own brother would die as we were victorious.

Steve and Darren died as I always thought they would – together. They were like brothers since childhood. Actually, WERE brothers. Then, Mr. Crepsley came along.

Vancha and Gannen figured out the treaty, Evanna had her two sons and they lived happily ever after… or not. Des Tiny (Destiny) ruined it. He killed Dylan. His own grandson. I set out on a quest to kill him…

But things never go according to plan. I nearly ended up in a pit of stakes, almost got torn to pieces and very narrowly escaped being turned into a Little person. I was not successful.

Evanna's twins were killed. One guess who did it. Still, Des wouldn't get his way. Until he killed Evanna and the Hurst/march brothers. Now, we live in a world of normal people. Evra, Urcha, Merla and the girl are gone; God knows where. All the Cirque is gone. Dad and Mum died. This is it. The end.
