I'm so sorry! I'm got a lot a things to do. I'm moving to a new place in the same complex. I am going to have my own room! YAY! When we get unpacked, I'm going to have my room full of dragon stuff and some Gorillaz posters on the wall.

Danny opened his eyes, slowly. He was looking around with his eyes half closed. When he was fully awake, he was in a different place. He can't move because his arms and legs were chained. Danny looked next to him and he found Shelby, who is trying to escape. Danny also realized that he's not a ghost and she's not a dragon. Shelby struggled to break free, but the chains were too strong for her. She gave up and looked at Danny.

"Shelby, where are we?" Danny asked.

"We're in Max's lair. I was there for the first time when he captured me. Good thing I got away before he killed me," said Shelby, "I think we can't transform because these are no ordinary chains." "How are we going to get out of here?" Danny asked.

"I don't know. We can't break these chains. If only I have a new power to kill Max and Vlad. What does Vlad want with you?"

"You see, my dad told me that he, Vlad, and mom known each other in college. I think Vlad has a crush on my mother. We went to his mansion in Wisconsin for a college reunion. When I woke up, I watch Vlad transform into a ghost. He wants me to join him and train me to learn powers like his."

Shelby asked, "Did you try to learn new powers without his help?"

He answered, "I'm trying. Sam and Tucker are helping me. I'm having trouble of multiplying too. It's tough."

"Don't worry. Keep trying and don't give up," said Shelby.

Danny smiled, "Thanks. What power you want to learn in order to kill our enemies?"

"Well, Rebecca told me about the new dragon power while she's training me. It's called rage. If something bad happens or someone hits you, you get very pissed and feel the rage. She told me that you could go out of control and destroy everything that you hate the most. She also told me that I'm not ready to learn that power," Shelby looked down, thinking of what these men are going to do to them, " Danny, if I can't control the rage, you need to get out of here," They heard a sound of a door creaking. They knew its them. Danny is getting worried and Shelby looked at him in 'its going to be okay' look. They saw two men walking down the stairs and the men smiled evilly at them.

"I see that you two are finally awake," said Vlad.

"Did you and your ghost friend enjoy your nap, Shelby? I'm very happy that you came back for a visit," said Max.

Shelby laughed, "I see that you changed you lair, but I smell something coming from you! You bastard!" Max had enough, he got out his sword to kill her, but Vlad stopped him, "Max, remember our deal, you will not kill her!"

"Yo! I hate to butt in, but what do you want with me?" Shelby asked.

"I'm glad you asked. Now that I have you and Daniel, we can work together and rule. I can still teach Daniel and I can teach you, Shelby. Join me and together we can be unstoppable!" said Vlad.

"I won't join you and I never will! I also don't want a new dad!" Danny snapped. The chains on his arms and legs were shocking him. He screamed in pain as the shocking stop. Shelby got a frighten look on her face, "Danny! Are you okay?" "I'm fine, Shelby" said Danny.

"I hope you remember the chains, Shelby. It will shock you and Danny when I feel like it and if you two won't join us," said Max.

"Tell me the truth, Shelby! Did you learn your powers of a dragon? Have you ever saved someone before?" Vlad asked.

"Who the hell do you think you are? Stupid? I did learn powers of a dragon! I save people from enemies before I came here!" Shelby explained.

"Did you? Remember I can teach your dragon powers too? You can get stronger, fast. Just say yes and you and Daniel will come with me," said Vlad.

Shelby got angry, "Look! This is our final answer: THE ANSWER IS NO!" Vlad had enough; he slapped her hard on her face. Danny called her name, but Max got out his knife and about to cut his throat. Shelby turned her head toward Vlad. The mark on her face continued to sting. She glared angry with him and snarled too. Vlad turned on the switch, causing Shelby to scream as her body is being electrocuted. She screamed loud and the rage in her is building up. Vlad turned it off and he saw Max is going to kill Danny," Max! You fool! Do not kill Daniel!" Max did what he said. "This is your final warning: Join me or die!" Vlad slapped her some more. Danny got scared and didn't know what to do. Max was punching her stomach, hard.

"Release her," Max unlocked the chains and Shelby fell on the floor, holding her stomach.

"This is your last chance!" Vlad put his hand on her throat and started choking her. She screamed loud in pain and her rage rose. Her eyes glowed red and she growled at him. She grabbed his hand and she squeezed him, hard. Vlad had the shocking look on his face and he felt that she's crushing his hand. She threw him on the control button and the chains unhooked and Danny is free. Danny watches her as she transforms into a dragon, but he has a feeling. A feeling that she gains a new power, rage. She became a dragon, but not like she was before. She got bigger like all the other dragons. Shelby roared loud and began to destroy everything. Danny quickly transform and he got out of her way. Max got scared and he got out the weapons. Shelby is standing on four legs and roared. She stared at Max and begins to attack.

Max did the best he can. He's a dragon hunter for crying out loud! Shelby grabbed his weapons and crushed them into pieces.

"Oh my god! I need to get out of here!" He ran to the exit, but Shelby grabbed him. He screamed loudly and has a feeling that he's a dead man. She slammed him on the floor and crushing him. Shelby continued to crush him. When she was done, she threw him on the wall. Max is fully injured. He can't move a single part of his body. He stared at her one last time. She blew a huge fire at him and he was dead. Her archenemy is dead. Danny watches her as she continued her rampage. Vlad shot Danny and he smiled evilly at him.

"I'm very impressed what Shelby did, but while she's on her rampage, you're all mine, Daniel!" Danny did what he can do, but he is still too strong. Danny defeated him once when he was with his mom. They both were way up too high. Danny was too weak and Vlad grabbed him by his throat.

"Well, it has been a wonderful visit," Vlad was about to finish Danny, but he noticed something is behind him. He turned around and he saw the raging Shelby. He let's go of Danny and begins to fight her. He did all he can do, but his powers had no effect on her. She grabbed him and landed on the ground with Danny following her. Vlad tried to phase out of her grip, but she squeezed him, harder.

"Let me go! Please, don't kill me! I'll do anything! Anything!" Vlad was frightened as Shelby stared at him with her blood, red eyes. Danny used the Thermos and Vlad, finally got sucked in.

"Well, that's the last time I see him," Danny was happy that his archenemy is now in the thermos. He turned around and Shelby grabbed him. She roared at him about to kill him. Danny can't fight her because she's one of his best friends. Danny got scared, "Shelby! It's me, Danny! Don't you remember?" Shelby got closer to his face. She growled at him and looked at him.

"Please, Shelby! Don't hurt me! I'm your best friend! Please, I don't care what you do when you learned your new power! Control it!" Danny yelled, as he felt that she's about to crush him. Shelby's anger began to fall out. She raised her eyebrows and stared at him. She put him down on the ground and got back on her four legs. She roared in pain as she came back to her normal height. She fell on her knees and she was crying.

"Oh my God! What have I done! WHAT THE HELL HAVE I DONE!" Shelby cried, and Danny came toward her. He put his hand on her scaly shoulder and she looked at him with her sad face.

"I can't believe it! I almost killed you, Danny! Just like I killed Max!" Shelby cried.

"You didn't kill Vlad. He's in the thermos and that's that last time we see him," He kneeled in front of her.

"Look at this place, Danny! Look at it! I destroyed everything! I almost killed you! What kind of power is this? I'm still cursed forever! Cursed of being half dragon forever!"

"Shelby! Calm down and don't cry. You have no choice did you? What Vlad did to you was very shocking and you have to control your rage ability. You did control it! If your teacher was here, she will be proud of you!" said Danny, "No matter if you're using your power I'm always here to calm you down." Shelby calmed down and he's right. She did control the new power. Danny gave her a friendly hug and she hugged him back.

"Thank you, Danny. If I use that power again, you know what to do," said Shelby.

"Let's go home. I hope you deal with Dash tomorrow," said Danny, they both flew to their home.

"I'm going to beat you up, Fenton! I fail the test and I'm going to get you for this!" Dash ran after Danny in the hallway. Danny quickly got behind Shelby for protection and Dash stopped in front of her.

"Well, well, well, if it isn't Dash. Are you chasing my little friend and going to hurt him?" Shelby asked.

"Uh…uh….no, I wasn't," said Dash.

"Are you sure?" Shelby asked.

"I've got to go! Bye!" He ran away from her. Shelby could tell that he was lying.

"Go on without me. I'm going to teach Dash a lesson," Shelby ran after him. Danny laughed as he heard Dash screaming and Shelby yelling.

"HELP ME!"

"COME BACK HERE! YOU COWARD!"
