Just Invisible

In the night,
In the dark,
Man in flight.

Trying to flee,
Trying to escape,
What he's meant to be.

Invisibility surrounds him,
He shrugs it off.
It tries again,
And he cries out in anger.

Quicksilver tears pour down his face,
Quicksilver stars watch him race.

Not free,
Never free.

Just invisible.
