Perfection
This is about Connie. Enough said, no more. I don't own, and I don't get any money from this.
Perfection,
Nothing but the best.
That is what my parents try to give me,
and what is expected of me.
Practice till it hurts.
Study till it burns.
I have to get into the best college.
I have to make Arlen's best orchastra
with my magic violen.
Nothing but Perfection
But I escape that.
They cannot keep me from living.
Bobby keeps me laughing,
that there is more than books and papers.
I look at the unfolding soap opera of the neighborhood.
All the drama.
Someone is cheating on someone else.
Someone lost their job.
Dad says not to watch the hillbillies.
But I can't help not to.
Perfection is the best.
So I must study till I pass,
train till I win,
practice till I'm in,
that leaves no time for fun.
Lucky for me, I have Bobby.
Perfection-In Every Aspect
Just some drabble.
