Legolas and Haldir sat by the innocent looking oak tree arguing about whose hair was the best.

“My hairs better then yours, toe- rag” spat Legolas (pushes Haldir to the floor)

“Don’t push me blond boy!” Haldir retorted huffily, getting up and climbing the old oak tree.

“Do you have anything against blonde people, you….you….grey haired buffoon! Legolas said in a very high pitched voice, also climbing the tree.

“Yeah, maybe I do blondee!” Haldir said climbing higher up the tree.

“Bring it on, old grey elf!”

“My hair is not grey its sliver! But it must be the whole blonde thing ya know what I mean” Haldir said mockingly

“Are you saying blondes are stupid or something?”

“Maybe I am”

“Well you can’t say much seeing as I got a higher mark then you on the spelling test” Legolas said proudly

“Yes, but that was only because you reread them ten times, a minute before the test”

“So”

“So…that…means… that… blonde… elves …are stupid” Haldir said only turning around to see that he was talking to fin air.

“LEGOLAS! Now where has that blonde weirdo gone!”

“Looking for a certain blonde elf are we?” elrohir said behind his back, startled Haldir turned around not noticing Legolas with a large net sniggering above him.

“Yes in fact I am, have you seen him?”

“Nope, but I was wandering if you could pose for me because elladan is in a cranky mood and I wanted to paint him a nice picture of you.”

“Ok” Haldir said blushing at the offer and taking a step back so elrohir could get a good view of him.

“Back a little more”elrohir said clearly seeing legolas’s plan.

“There, now stand up straight and proud”

“Keep it there Haldir, and…..”

“BANGGGGGGGGGGG”

Haldir fell out of the tree and landed with a thud on the ground.

“Hahahahaaaaaaaaaaa” Legolas said coming out of the tree and was now sitting on Haldir, laughing in his face “who’s the stupid one now grey haired buffoon”

“Wait…till…lady…Galadriel…and…lord…Celeborn…hear…about…this! Haldir said through gritted teeth.
