When Cain disappeared, Shido and the others ran over to Yayoi. "Yayoi, are you alright?" Riho asked. "I-I'm..okay. It's nothing." Yayoi said as she got shakily to her feet. "Come on." Shido said as he led her over to the couch. "Just sit here for a little while." "What are we gonna do about Cain?" Guni cried. "There's nothing we can do." Yuki said in a low trembling voice. Everyone turned to look at her. "What...are you saying?" Yayoi asked. "We have to go back." "Nooo!" Riho shouted. "You can't go back to that monster! How can you think of such a thing?" "Shut the hell up!" Shouted Yuki. "You think I want this? You think I wanna spend the rest of eternity with..him? Your wrong! I hate him, but I can't let him hurt my friends. I'd burn in hell for them if I had too, so long as they were left in peace." Riho's eyes widened in surprise. Everyone was staring at her and Yuki couldn't take it anymore. "I'm going." She said as she turned away from them. "Where are you going?" Guni asked. "My apartment." She said, not even stopping to look back. Riho shouted, "Yuki, I'm sorry! I didn't mean it!" Riho began to run after her, but Shido stopped her. "Let her go. She wants to be alone."

As Yuki walked back to her apartment, she thought about Cain and what he had said. She wished there was something she could do to keep from going back to him, but it was pointless. She couldn't talk him out of it and there was no way she could fight him. She sighed and looked up at the night sky. She thought about her friends and how they were looking for her. Even after all this time, they were still searching. Then, she remembered what Yayoi had said. 'She's right. I owe them that much.' She knew that she wouldn't have much time before Cain showed up, so she would have to find her friends as quickly as possible.

Riho sat on the couch with Yayoi and Guni. After Yuki left, Shido decided to go for a walk to clear his head. When Riho asked if he wanted any company, he had said no. The three of them sat in complete silence until Riho said "I'm gonna go make some coffee." "What fore? Noone's gonna drink it." Guni said, but neither Riho nor Yayoi payed her any mind. Riho knew that noone wanted it, but she needed something to do. However, when Riho entered the kitchen she burst into tears. She grabbed several napkins and tried to wipe them away, but it seamed the more she tried to stop crying the harder she cried. She felt a hand on her shoulder and jumped. She turned to see Yayoi standing behind her. "Riho, I know how you feel. I don't want him to leave either." "It's not fair." Riho choked out between sobs. "Why can't Cain realize that Mr. Shido doesn't wanna be with him. Why can't he just leave us all alone?" Yayoi put her arms around Riho and hugged her. "What are we gonna do without Mr. Shido? It won't be the same without him." "She's right." Guni said as she flew into the kitchen. "I can't believe Cain is doing this!" Riho said as Yayoi handed her more napkins. "To tell you the truth, I'm surprised he hasn't done something like this already." Said Yayoi. "Me too" Said Guni. "I wonder if Yuki's running off finally made him snap." "You're probably right." Riho said as she wiped more tears away. "I'm back." Said Shido who was standing in the doorway. All three of them jumped and turned to look at him. "Mr. Shido!" Riho cried as she ran to him. Riho was about to hug Shido when she saw the look on his face. "Mr. Shido?" "I've come to a decision. I've decided...to..go back with Cain." "Mr. Shido, Nooo!" "Shido..are you sure?" Asked Yayoi. "What about Yuki?" Asked Guni. "What's she gonna do?" "I don't know, but I have a feeling she is going to do the same." "Wait a minute Shido." Said Yayoi. "What if you and Yuki fought Cain together?" "We could do that, but knowing Cain he'll probably be expecting that. Besides, it's too risky. I won't let him hurt you. I'm doing this to protect you." "Shido, what the hell are we supposed to do with you gone?" Shouted Yayoi. "What's Riho gonna do without you? She needs your guidance!" "Riho is strong." Turning to look at Riho he said "You'll do fine. I'm only doing this to protect you and the others." Fresh tears filled Riho's eyes and she ran out of the kitchen.

The next night Taki, Sakura, and Kazuya were sitting in Taki's apartment. "You're sure it was her that called?" Asked Kazuya. "Yes!" Taki said impatiently. "She called and said she wanted all of us to meet her. She said she had something she wanted to tell us!" Just then, there was a knock at the door. "It's her!" Shouted Sakura. All three of them ran to answer the door. "Yuki!" Taki shouted as she grabbed Yuki and pulled her inside. "Yuki, we're so glad you're alright!" Said Sakura. "We missed you!" Kazuya said. The all took turns hugging her. "I missed you too!" Said Yuki. It felt so good to be back with them again.' She thought. 'Too bad it'll be the last time.' "You guys, I need to tell you something." "Of course!" Taki said. The four of them sat down and Yuki told them everything that had happened. When she finished, everyone stared at her in shock. "So..y-you're a vampire?" Kazuya asked. "Yes." Said Yuki as she stared down at the floor. "I don't know what to say!" Sakura said. "So, this..Cain wants you and this other guy to go back to Transylvania with him?" "Yes." Yuki said. "You can't be serious! No way in hell are we gonna let that guy take you away again!" "How very noble of you." Said Cain as he appeared out of nowhere. Everyone gasped and stared at Cain. "H-how the hell did he do that?" Kazuya shouted. "Haven't you been listening to Yuki's story?" Said Cain as he made his way over to Kazuya. "No Cain!" Yuki shouted. She got up and ran towards Cain. "I'm going back with you. I just wanted to say goodbye! Leave him alone!" Cain laughed and said "Yuki, I knew you wouldn't disappoint me." "Nooo!" Taki shouted as she ran at Cain. "She isn't going anywhere with you! Now get the hell out of my house!" "Taki don't!" Shouted Yuki. Cain smiled and grabbed Taki by the neck and lifted her off her feet. When Yuki was standing next to Cain she said "Cain, put her down! Please, I'll go back with you. Please just let her go." Everyone gasped when Cain through Taki across the room. She hit the wall with a hard thud and slid to the floor. "Taki!" Shouted Yuki. Before she could do anything else, Cain grabbed her and the two of them disappeared.

"Riho, are you coming out or not?" Guni shouted. Ever since Shido told her that he was leaving she had locked herself in her room. "Go away!" Riho shouted. "Riho come on!" Guni shouted back. "You'll never be able to live with yourself if you don't go say goodbye." Meanwhile, Shido and Yayoi were sitting in the livingroom. "Shido, I wish there was something I could do to help." "I know." Shido said. "I wish none of this was happening. I don't want to leave you and the others but-" "I understand." Yayoi said as she put a hand on his shoulder. All of a sudden Cain appeared with Yuki. He was having to hold her up because she was crying hysterically. "What did you do to her?" Shido demanded. "I have done nothing." Cain said. "You said if I went with you, you wouldn't hurt them!" "And I haven't." Said Cain in an annoyed tone of voice. "She'll be fine, I assure you." Turning to Shido he said "Shido, have you come to a decision?" "Yes. I'll go with you, only to keep my friends safe." Cain laughed. "Mr. Shido!" Riho shouted from the doorway. She ran to him and they hugged each other tightly. When Riho was about to let go, Shido kissed her on the lips. In her mind Riho heard Shido say 'I love you Riho. One day, I'll be with you again.' When Cain saw Shido and Riho kiss he shoved Yuki aside and walked over to Riho. He grabbed her and pulled her away from Shido. "Shido, enough! We are leaving." Shido and Yuki walked over to Cain and stood on either side of him. He grabbed each one by the arm and they disappeared.
