Author of 3 Stories |
Hi everyone, sorry this part took so long for me to actually post. But senior year in college is NO walk around the park, the studies seem to get harder and I seem to lose more time on getting anything done. But on the good news, I just gotten out for a break, and that led me to bring some life to this story. I really wish though I could update this story actively like I want to, but I get so side-tracked by my writing and overall other things that I end up never getting nothing finish :( Anyways moving on, I had hindered myself to stop leaving comments at the top like this, but since it took me so long to post this part, I wanted to give you guys a reason of why it did. I know you guys are patient though (haha I hope XD). Oh and also before I go any further, I wanted to thank 'lordshippo22' for the VERY amusing video he sent to me from Youtube, it's called Sonic Bastardized. I had seen the whole thing some weeks ago, and I had been meaning to reply back to him about it, but didn't have no time (lol). So I'm saying it now, as for others who have not seen that, I definitely reccomend you do, really if you like very totally insane randomness videos (XD). It's very funny, and it has like six episodes I believe. Six episodes of losing your sanity! But again thanks lordshippo22 for sending me that, it really brighten up a day to make me laugh :o) Though moving on to this chapter, Rouge/Knuckles fans you all will probably like the beginning part a bit, since I put these two in for the starting of this chapter. This is also a turning point in the story, since days go by. Honestly, I really had fun on writing Knuckles and Rouge part, their part is my favorite out of this. Why? Because of the writing, I love how I wrote it, which is very seldom for me to like my writing, as you guys can see, I'm very emo with it (lol). Sadly no Shadamy moment in this, since Shadow is gone :( But there is Sonamy in this, not too much fluff but you will see. Wow I'm telling the whole chapter, which spoils the point of any of you guys reading it haha. But overall I hope you guys like it, it took forever to write. Forgive me for tenses and other things that threatens my writing, I'm working on that as I continue progressing this story. Enjoy :0)
:Disclaimer: I do not OWN any of the Sega Characters. Only Vicky Wilson, which is my fan character.
A Week Later
A long week had passed by in the city of Station Square, and all the chaos had been finally put to a full rest. Things were now back to the way they were before. Vicky's apartment window was now fix completely. Tails was back working on his lastest invention in the workshop. Sonic's health had progressed and he was now able to move about in his own physical speed. Knuckles was back to doing his everyday honor of guarding the Master Emerald. And lastly Amy was back in her apartment that was now fully renovated.
Everything was now back to normal, as it was before the chaos with Eggman broke out. But however, there was somethings not fully restored with them all...And that was having a peace of mind.
Knuckles to this very day, still had images occuring through his mind of Rouge. They not fully going away, until he found out the reason of why he was even thinking of them...
But that there was the problem, he didn't fully understand them. What did it mean? These feelings were unknown to him of what he was feeling for the female bat. He just wanted them to go away. Completely away. They were making him feel uneasy and with doubts of how he really felt for Rouge. Afterall it wasn't everyday you think about or dream about your enemies. It just wasn't normal.
The echidna exhaled out a light breath, as he sat upon the stone steps that lead to the Master Emerald. The Master Emerald even after what it been through, still had somewhat of it's power. But it wasn't to it's full best after Eggman consumed some of it for his own devilish needs...
Knuckles had cringe sometimes, when thinking back on how he didn't get the chance to confront the doctor by himself. Because sure enough if he got the chance, he would have gave him a good pummel after what he put him through.
"Eggman better not show his face ever here again..." He stated out dangerously to himself, meaning every word.
Nonetheless as he sat there, thinking on wavering thoughts, something high above was watching him. They being perched upon a palm tree with their form hidden in the shadow of the leaves.
Any other time Knuckles would have noticed this figure nearby, but since his mind was already filled with drifting thoughts, it never occurred to him. The figure must have sense this, since they stuck out there eyes a bit, revealing these familiar light cyan orbs.
"He doesn't even notice me yet...How strange." The figure stated, it being a female, and of course being Rouge.
The bat was surprise by this, to see the echidna in such a spaced-out kind of mind. He had keen senses like a electro magnet. Nothing could get passed him on the island especially when it came to something as powerful as the Master Emerald.
"I don't understand." Rouge carried on to herself. "Usually he would have notice me by now."
It was odd to say the least, but even so Rouge wonder what could he really be thinking about, if not the Master Emerald...?
Knuckles shook his head frustratedly, getting sick of these memories plaguing his mind.
"Grrr...They just won't go away." He growled, getting up from the steps.
But just as he did, his keen senses came back to alert when hearing the sound of landing footsteps. His violent eyes went back, noticing the noise came from there. However nothing was shown of the unordinary, except the swaying of the palm trees.
The echidna let out a sigh, now seeing he was probably starting to hallucinate things. This wasn't good, because if the memories weren't bad enough, hallucinations were worst to have.
"I got to pull myself together. And do what I was destined to serve, and that was protect the Master Emerald..." He thrived to himself, while somewhat pacing the steps of the emerald throne.
"But..." He growled out, getting angry. "How can I do that, with these stupid thoughts circling my mind..."
Which out of frustration, he slams his massive hand onto the stone wall, creating dent cracks to form up from under his imprint.
The loud clashing was so penetratable, that it caused Rouge to let out a startled gasp from it's shook.
Knuckles heard her that time, and whirled around in the direction of where the gasp came from. He saw nothing...
"Whoever you are, come out now! I know you're here!" Knuckles bellowed out angrily, getting sick of the hide n seek this intruder was playing on him.
Rouge stood quietly and hidden behind the palm tree, that was covering her. She was kind of scared to come out, with how the way he was acting. The echidna afterall was no friend to her, he may not even give her the chance or day to explain herself.
"I said come out!" He ordered authoritively.
"I would come out, if you would calm down first..." Rouge instructed, finally speaking out to him.
The echidna immediately froze now taking note of that voice. It was the last person he ever wanted to hear...
"So are you calm?" Rouge questioned, now revealing her head somewhat from behind the tree.
She saw from across her, that Knuckles looked stunned or more like bewildered from her arrival.
"I'm not here to take the Master Emerald from you...Honest." The bat went about truthfully for once.
Silence remained on Knuckles. He also remained stiff in his position as if he was afraid to even look at Rouge. Hearing her voice, the memories became more firm, more opaque through his mind.
Rouge sighed, with her eyes dropping to the ground indifferently. "I just want to talk to you about something..."
Knuckles shoulders slumped, along with his guards. His response was still a mute to her as he took a seat back on the stone steps, placing his hands up under his chin jaw. It was as if he was going into another thinkative mode.
These awkward actions were becoming even more unknown to Rouge, she never seen the echidna look so in doubt about himself, he usually was always stern and confident in what he does. But this image, shown something different of him.
"I wonder what could really be on his mind..." Rouge stated to herself.
Well whatever the case was, she took his actions for maybe that it was safe for her to come out and talk to him. Lately she had been sneaking by and meaning to confront him about what happen at Eggman's base. What he said to her...Did it mean anything?
That's what she had to find out, or she'll never be able to really move on fully, because she will be too busy thinking about it. She wondered though, did he still remember it? Did it even come across his mind that he said it to her?
Taking a step out, she moved forward heading in the direction of where the steps were. She stopped a few feet away from Knuckles, but not too far away that he couldn't hear her. The reason for it being just in case if he didn't feel too comfortable with her being close.
"So what did you want to talk about?" Knuckles voice suddenly broke out, tensing her half too death.
Rouge for the moment, didn't respond right away. She was kind of unsure about bringing up such a matter to him. Afraid that he may think she was stupid, and silly for even dwelling on such throughts. But still even so, she had to do it, she had to find out.
"It's about what happen...At Eggman's base." She stated admittedly.
Knuckles eyes sort of widen, but not enough for Rouge to know he was actually surprised by it. He just knew that's were the images were progressing from. That setting.
"Do...you remember...what happen there?" Rouge asked, almost desperately.
Knuckles stared at her, noticing her skeptic-ness and wavering eyes. Like her, he never really witness the treasure hunter be so unsure about matters. She always was to the point of what she needed to know and be searching for.
Nevertheless, her question remained in the air, as he didn't answer. He really didn't know how to, because he didn't have a clue of why it exactly happened.
"Well do you?" Rouge prolonged, needing to know.
Tensing silence ranged for another min, until Knuckles took his eyes off her, and to look into the swaying of the grass. The images he had been having proved somewhat of that he very well remembered.
"I do." He finally uttered out.
Rouge eyes then go back up to him, expectingly. Though she tried to not show it in her voice. "So you do?"
"I remember it very clear..." He responded firmly, and then with turning his vision towards her, he stated out rigidly. "Does that answer your question now?"
There was annoyance heard in that tone, Rouge could see it in his face, that he was losing patience with her. But even if it was, she was not finish with this conversation yet.
"Well?" She shrugged, expecting to hear more of answer from him then that.
"There's nothing else to go off from it..." He declared.
"What?" Rouge questioned, now becoming confused and surprised that he would say that. "What do you mean, there's not nothing go off from it? You said it to me, in your own exact words."
"I said nothing..." Knuckles exclaimed, in delusion.
"Yes you did." The bat forged. "And you know how I can really tell, is because I wouldn't be questioning you about it."
Knuckles let out a scoff while getting up from the steps, and turning his back towards her. It was true what she stated. But he didn't want to bring up such a memory that made him feel these kinds of thoughts for her. It just wasn't right to think such emotions for an enemy.
Rouge when seeing him give her the cold shoulder, frowned up even more.
"Admit it, you knew it happen. You just don't want to say anything about it..."
"Because it meant nothing." He snarled out irritably.
"Oh really huh? Why do I find that so hard believe coming from you? Is it because I can see it written all over your face now?" Rouge went on knowingly.
Which she could greatly see it in his eyes and posture that the words meant something to him. Though him being the stern individual he was would never admit something like this to her. His pride wouldn't allow it.
"I don't have to explain anything to you..." He bitted out sternly, still having the stubborness aboard him.
Rouge then huffs out a irritated sigh. "Why did you say it then? What did you mean by saying it towards me?"
"Just drop it, will you." Knuckles now said in one command to her.
"No I won't drop it, because I need to know." Rouge continued.
Knuckles now beyond the limit of his patience, look back to her.
"Get ahold of yourself. If I said it in my exact words, it doesn't mean anything. Don't you think I meant it?" He urged.
Rouge was silent for a moment, before stating out in a low tone. "I don't think you mean anything you say about me anymore. At least not all the mean things."
Knuckles orbs stayed on her, becoming a bit bewildered (again).
"You always were there to help me, make sure I don't get hurt. I thought at first it was just a lucky-go sort of thing. But you always came. You were always there." Rouge confessed out to him.
Again silence emerged on the echidna, as he listened to her. It was very much true what she said. He done all of it everytime, because he couldn't bare to see something happen to her.
However there was a question that hung deep in the air, of why he did it? Why couldn't he have moved on? That's what most people would've probably done to an enemy they hate...But did he really hate her?
Knuckles swooshed his focus away from her, now having all these questions begin to fuel up inside of his mind. He didn't want to think about this, not now, not ever.
"Just leave." He said in a barely audible voice. It being not strong, but held firmness in it.
"What?" Rouge questioned, it being sort of similiar to when she stated it before.
"I said leave." Knuckles demanded, his voice growing a bit thicker.
He needed to get his mind in order, and he couldn't seem to do that properly with Rouge nearby saying these things to him.
"Now." He stated, when seeing her not budge.
Rouge stared, her eyes beginning to (surprisely) tremble a bit. This didn't go as the way she planned. He wouldn't even admit to what he said to her earlier. How could it not mean anything to him? It really hurt her to know, he didn't care. When it was obvious to see it meant something.
However maybe it meant something more to her, then it did to him. Nevertheless the female bat could see that her welcome was now limited here. Limited probably to the point that he may end up physically throwing her off the island.
So she begins to walk off in the opposite direction of him, while flapping up her wings to get ready to soar off. But before she does, she takes one look back at the echidna, to hope that he would call her back or at least stop her in protest. But no such thing came, as he stood still staring off into the distance.
Her expression furrowed sadly, when seeing that he really didn't it mean it.
"I guess it all was just a waste of time..." She trembled out heartbrokenly, and with that flew up into the air.
Knuckles once she was gone, finally took his vision up to where she flew off at. The violent orbs looked (still) distant, but yet also filled with remorse. Remorse for her feelings.
"I'm sorry..." He uttered out in confession, now feeling alone.
Amy's Apartment
Over at Amy's place, Knuckles wasn't the only one in doubt with his feelings, because Amy was going through the same thing too. Her's being for how she felt towards Sonic and Shadow. They both were somebody she cared about and worried about on a everyday basis. But did she love them both in the same way? She knew she adored Sonic, but what about Shadow? It seemed everytime when she think about him, her feelings for the blue hero would be pushed aside, and she would find herself getting mix feelings...
"..." She sighed out, now by the window of her apartment.
A week had passed by as well from her not hearing anything from Shadow. Him not even bothering to pay her a visit. This concerned her, because when the day he left he seem so unsure about his motives, almost as if he would do something that he would later regret on.
If only she could have talk some more sense into him, to stop him. But it seemed at that time her words were foreign, as if he had made up his mind entirely of what he was going to do.
"Oh Shadow..." She mumbled out to herself.
Why did he have to make things so complicated for her? She cared about him so much, and he wouldn't even take the chance to see that. The pink hedgehog never told this to the others, but ever since the day Shadow left, she been feeling somewhat miserable. Upset that he didn't bother to let her help further resolve the issue at hand.
"He needed my help, but yet he never even bothered to really think it through. We should have been working together, not alone." She stated in dispairingly, with her eyes dropping to the floor.
Shadow was causing all of this to happen to her. For her to be worried. She knew he wouldn't have wanted to cause something like this amongst her, since he after all just cared for her well being and happiness. But it didn't matter, she cared about him too much in return to just completely forget about him. Which it made her wonder could she really fully move on, without knowing he was alright? Did it even struck a thought in his mind, how much he really meant to her? But see, that was also what left a puzzlement in Amy's brain. What were really her true feelings for this hedgehog...?
Sighing, she looked downward, not really knowing anymore. All she knew was that it was very strong...Probably of that just a friend.
Nevertheless Amy also saw that she had been in this apartment for four days now. Never bothering to come out, because of these emotional feelings she was having. Most of the time, it was just her sitting in the place dwelling on whatever happen to Shadow.
It wasn't healthy, that she knew for a fact, but as said before she couldn't help it. Maybe she could go for a walk? Maybe it will rid her mind off of worrying so much about Shadow? That in all actuality was the whole problem. Her mind was not at rest, it was a nervous reck.
"I'll guess just take a quick stroll out in the breeze. This apartment isn't helping me none to get through these thoughts anyway..." She condemned to herself in truthness.
So with heading to the door, she unlocked the latches while making her exit out. Once hitting the outside, she felt the air greet her with a warming precense, along with the breeze from the spacious skies. It really had been too long since she been outdoors, since she practically forgot how welcoming the air felt right about now.
But alas, her feelings were too jumbled up and compacted for her to enjoy anything around her. It was almost like without Shadow being around, her happiness was seldom or nearly gone at that. She just really didn't know what she could do to ease this burden off her back.
"Well exercise is always good for you..." She urged onto herself, and begin to walk from out of the area to the city of Station Square.
She had to keep herself thinking these motivational thoughts, since those were the only things she could do to basically get from day to day...
10 Mins Later
Now reaching into the city of Station Square, Amy saw that everybody was once again out and about, enjoying their festive days of either shopping or socializing. They all being so happy and pushing all of what happen a week ago in the back of their minds...
The pink hedgehog as she stared at them, wish she could be like them and move on. But she was restricted. Restricted from enjoying life and peace.
This wasn't good, Amy thought, as she continued to walk in self pity to herself, and stray her attention downward to the ground, since she didn't want others to see the troubling thoughts she had upon her face.
Now that she thought about it, maybe it was a bad idea that she even came out here in the first place, since it was obvious to see she was not healthy.
Speaking of health, when it came to eating, that was also kind of something lacking with her. She really couldn't even eat a full fledge meal without getting bothered by her thoughts.
"Maybe I need to go to counseling..." Amy followed out, dreadfully to her unhealthy state.
Though as she continued her pace of walking without looking forward, she ran into something or more like someone, since a grunt came from them. It being a instant familiar grunt to the female's ears.
"Amy?" A voice called out to her, it being from the bumper's.
Amy looked up to see it was surprisingly Sonic, but he on the other hand looking a bit more on the lively side then she was.
"Sonic?" She questioned a bit surprised and even to be running into him just now. She thought most likely the speed devil would be running around elsewhere over the city.
"I haven't seen you in some days..." He clarified, in a bit of a jokingness tone.
Amy blinked, still staring at him speechlessly. "I know, it's been kind of awhile..." She replied in a sort of solemn tone.
"Yeah..." Sonic agreed in a voice longingly as well, and oddly starting to get nervous around her. "I was planning to visit you to see how everything was going..." He meekled out.
"You were? But why?" Amy retraced getting even more surprise.
That was mighty unknown of him to do, since when it came to his visits, it was only when she was literally in trouble, that was it. Nothing more and nothing less.
"Well..." He urged out, getting even more nervous by the min. Which it seemed whatever subject matter he was trying to pull along, was causing him to get like this more. "Because I hadn't spoken to you in like awhile..."
"Sonic it's only been three days." The pink hedgehog clarfied in unison, still giving him a look of somewhat surprise.
"Yeah I know." He said, (now) growing irritated. "But in the day when we were visiting Knuckles in the hospital, you seemed as if something was bothering you..."
Amy eyes went a bit wide, when hearing him speak of the day she ran into Shadow. The day she hadn't also told the others about. Reason being because she figured they would only question her more of what happen.
"Oh I see..." Amy lowered out, really having nothing else she could say on that.
But nevertheless, Sonic stood, waiting on her, to explain herself.
"It was nothing..." She lied. "I was just a bit tired, and I didn't get that much sleep..."
Examining her somewhat, the blue hedgehog saw that was not the only thing she was lacking in. What about food? She seemed to had gotten a little skinnier over the days too.
"Amy..." He commended out, as if he could see right though her (which he could at this time). "I'm your friend, you can tell me anything you know...So if something is bothering you, you might as well say it...'
Well that was clearly a lie Amy knew, definitely with Sonic saying 'you can tell him anything'. Yeah right, what about a topic on Shadow, he be the first to flip out.
"Honestly, there's nothing wrong. I just been tired." She prodded, not wanting to share it with him.
"And worried..." The blue hedgehog's voice mumbled off in casualness.
Amy stared with eyes widening a bit, since she was unaware of how he even knew that...
"I know Amy." He answered in a somewhat emotionless voice. "I know you're worried about him...You're worried about Shadow..." He continued on in ease, then with looking elsewhere he resumed out lowly. "I wish I could understand why...But I can't understand, because I know he's not who he seems to be..."
"Seems to be?" Amy spoke up, now getting a bit confused. In reality, she hoped this conversation wasn't going where she thought it was.
"Yes..." He said, when looking to her with a bit of affirmative stance, meaning his every word. "Shadow is not who he seems to be. He may seem that way to you. But to everyone else like us to him, are like enemies. And soon you will start to see that too Amy, when he turns against you, that is."
Now getting dissappointed from hearing this, Amy frowned not taking likely to his words. And she saw that 'exactly' was where this conversation was going.
"Sonic you can think all of what you want about Shadow, that's your opinion. Because I found out a long time ago, I couldn't change that." She stated, in this calm tone. It being calm, but also getting agitated.
Sonic stood remote for a moment, looking at her. He noticed she became this way everytime he brought up the subject matter on Shadow. She being a hard-head and not listening onto reason, when in the end, all he was trying to do was help her...
"Amy you don't have to put me as the enemy or your friends here. We're just here to help you, because we don't want you to get hurt..."
"We? Friends?" Amy retched out in disgust, (now) beyond her annoyance peak. "It seems to me, you're the only one Sonic, that does not seem to get the idea here..."
"Me?" He said, now matching the same tone..."I'm just trying to help you."
"And you done enough by saving me, and bringing me back to Station Square." Amy clarified, it being said in a way that almost sounded repetitive.
Sonic then goes quiet for a min, while releasing out another sigh. He didn't know why he couldn't leave it alone or better yet bear the fact that Amy looked up to someone like Shadow. His arch enemy and rival. It just didn't go right...Shadow's had so much bad records around Station Square, many of them being where he was known to work behind Eggman, even destroy the whole world entirely. Shaking his head, Sonic didn't see that as a way of heroism, but as an opposite, a destroyer. Amy had to get it through her head one way or another to stop follow him. And the blue hedgehog knew no one else would be willing to take that step of telling her to do it, so it had to be him, plain and simple.
"Ames..." Sonic called in a voice (now) upsetting to her.
The pink hedgehog stared, waited for him to go on.
"I know we keep going over the same thing with each other about Shadow, and it won't really end until one of us give in." He hindered out to her, as if giving her a clue that she needed to.
"Well it looks like it's going to have to be you Sonic." Amy said in a firm voice. "Because I have no reason to accept what your saying, just because you don't like him. You never liked Shadow, you actually can't even accept the fact that he could be known as a hero too, next aside to you."
"That will never happen!" Sonic suddenly lashed out, furious by even the thought of her saying that.
Amy shook her head, now seeing the truth behind all this. Sonic couldn't take in the fact that Shadow could be a hero in some cases. A helpful descendent to those around, it was possible.
"Sonic, I now figured out what this is all about with you. Why you can't accept it..." Amy spoke to him in clearance and now confidence. "And that's because you can't take it, that there is somebody out there who is willing enough to be a hero just like you. In fact you can't even take in that I look up to him like a hero can you?"
Sonic seethed out a grim, clearly not wanting to hear that. "I don't care how you look up to him! I don't care nothing about that..." He bellowed out in anger.
"Sonic it's alright." The pink hedgehog stated calmly, remaining her poiseness. She being able to see right through him as he could her before. "You don't even have to admit it, because I know you do."
Sneering, Sonic swooshed his attention elsewhere from her in a quickness, not wanting to say anymore about it.
This strong stubborness was an ugly thing Amy knew, and Sonic had it all over him. He being like that of a little kid and one that was willing to never give in, even when it was opaque to see the truth was right in front of him. But even so, if that was what really was bothering him, he needed to understand this dispute between him and her clearly, so then maybe it could finally end.
"You have nothing to be worried of-"
"I'm not worried..." He gritted out, with his eyes going back up to her upsettingly.
"You are, you're worried that he may take your title or something of that matter. Which you and I both know, will never happen. Sonic, millions of people worship you and know you as a hero, they will never forget that of course. As for Shadow, people as well know him too, but for an entirely wrong reason. He's been misunderstood and misguided his whole life. I mean think about it, if you were in his shoes being in a place where you have no idea of your past. Of why you're even here?"
Sonic, still looking with despite, lowered his eyes down a bit, taking it into thought. He guess he could understand that must feel terrible not knowing anything about yourself.
Nevertheless, Amy moved her focus up to the sky, while looking into it thoughtfully. "I'm sure it's hurtful for him. And he needs help..."
"Which you think you can give him that?" Sonic questioned, just to be sure.
"It may not be easy, but I will try." The pink hedgehog stated in firmness. "I after all am probably the only one who could do it..."
Straying his eyes away from her (again), Sonic looked as if he didn't want to give in with this discussion. However his thoughts became froze, when feeling something get a hold of his hand. It being Amy's.
"Please try to understand Sonic. He needs my help." Amy said, holding his hand in a trustworthy way. "And when a person needs someone help, they have to help them."
Sonic not really hearing her words, went sort of immobile as she held onto his hand. He didn't know what to make out of the gesture, but one thing's for sure, it oddly was making him blush...
"Uh..." He uttered out becoming lost for words.
Well luckily for his sake, Amy was too jumbled up in the moment of other thoughts to notice him becoming this way. Though it struck Sonic odd why he would be getting this way with her too. He never really did before. Sure he blushed, but not in the feeling as if he admired it. It usually was in disgust by even the thought of her presence...
"I couldn't be actually-" He stopped himself through his thoughts, while shaking his head, in refusal.
Nevertheless the simple gesture ended as Amy had released his hand. And assuming now that he must have gotten her drift, she begin to walk off in the direction she was traveling in.
"Wait..." Sonic called out to her, wanting to say something else before she go.
She stopped, while looking back.
"Just be careful Ames." He stated, and it for once being in a truce tone.
Amy then lets off a smile lightly to him. "I will Sonic, and definitely for you." She assured with warmness..
And with that she resumes her leave to walk off, with Sonic doing the same as well. They both going off in their own directions and now settling a dispute that had been going on against them for the longest. Though as Amy was walking, she begin to think about this whole conflict between her and Sonic. How it made her see that Sonic really did care about her, and maybe not in a way she thought he would have been. She always thought he only really cared about holding a image, but now that all struck her false, since the look in his emerald eyes had shown care for her and maybe even something else hidden deeply inside. A feeling that was bound to probably be later on revealed...
Well that's the end of this chapter, took long enough didn't it? Well it seemed long haha. Anywho, how was it to you guys? Bad? Good? Okay? Well either one, I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter somewhat. The part with Sonic and Amy was the WORST to write, I was getting sort of writer's block when writing it, so something's in that part, may have seem a bit carrying on, like I went over it before. Actually I hope it make sense (lol). In reality that whole part, could have been left out, but I decided not too, since I wanted Sonic and Amy to confront one another again, after it being a week too. Gives the story sort of a realistic approach to it. Also I want to add on again how hard that part was to write, since I actually had to type it two times. The first one I didn't like, so I did it again, till I just lived with this one...This one I still have mixed feelings for, but I figured it would have to do, since I would probably never leave it alone, if I kept messing with it XP. Moving on, the ending is kind of a bit on a cliffhanger (that's nothing new), you can build up what you think Sonic's true feelings is for Amy :) I also like to comment on the Knux/Rouge part (again). I had to make Knuckles seem like an a-hole on there, because how I picture him when confessing with love is definitely not willingly. I see him being very stubborn, and it works well on him too hehe. But he is in denial, and soon the true feelings will be confessed with him XD. But anyways I done enough typing on this chapter (very much so). I didn't do really any spellcheck on this, so there maybe misspelled words floating around. If there not too distracting, then don't worry about it. But if they are, let me know by sending a PM to me. Overall though I hope you guys like it, I'm going to try to work on the next part, hopefully it will be better written then this part...(I'm too critical on myself I know XP I'm working on not being that way haha XD) Reviews are always appreciated and they of course inspire inspiration :0) Thank you for reading.
