…Alrighty, then. Hehehe…This is my meager attempt at writing a fanfic for Angelique. Because I feel bad for Clavis getting dumped by two Angeliques in a row, I’m making him a girl. He’s not a lesbian. And no one knows he’s actually female, so whatever. Don’t get me wrong, I do like yaoi, but I like gender benders even more. I’ll try to make it as funny (to me) as possible.

Disclaimer: I would like to own it, but I don’t… I would also like to own a car… and a yacht. Oh well.

Oh, one more thing. This story is set in my own little world. While it might line up with whatever stuff you’ve heard about the game, it’s not really on purpose. So don’t get all pissed when I get some detail all wrong.

And I'd also like to state that this is my version of what REALLY happened to Clavis and Julious and how they came to hate each other. They progress into their present personalities.

My Girlyness

1: My Mom Needs A Life

I glared at the man sitting at the dinner table across me. I seriously had no clue who he was, except that he was my “long lost uncle” and that he somehow lost his birth certificate on the trip to our house and was taking me away to live in Romania. Who in their right minds would buy that? Apparently my parents would.

So I got thrown into his car with a bunch of suitcases. I rolled my eyes when mom yelled, “Don’t forget to write, sweetie!” Ha! Well, I’m not gonna write for a long, long time. A couple months, at least, in revenge for dumping me with a strange man who claims he’s from Romania.

The man started the car and off we go. He drove for a while, then parked outside a drugstore. We sat quietly for a while, then he said, a bit sheepishly, “So…what’s your name?” He was joking, right?

“Claire,” I said, then freaked out when he made a choking noise. It took me a while to realize it was his form of laughter. What a creepy psycho. I couldn’t believe my parents gave me to him.

“Boy, that was funny,” he smirked, opening up a sheet of paper. It took him forever, since my mom had folded it into a snowflake. Jeez, mom, get a life. “It says Clavis.”

“What!” I grabbed the paper from him. Sure enough, it stated my name was Clavis. Stupid mom with her stupid handwriting. “Unbelievable!” I yelled at the roof of the car. “You spent thirteen years living with me, and you can’t even write my name neatly enough to be recognizable!”

The man tugged the paper out of my hands. “Whatever, kid. Whatever the paper says goes. I glared at him.

“It’s a boy’s name,” I whined, determined to annoy him enough to make him send me home. He raised an eyebrow, smirking.

“That makes you a boy, then, doesn’t it?” he made a few choking noises, and for a minute, I thought he was dying. Then I realized he was laughing again. It was too much to hope for. He started talking again. “Well, I gotta take you to the Flying City.”

I stared at him. God, why are you punishing me? He was definitely out of his mind. He choked some more at the look on my face. “You’re my replacement. You see, I’m the Guardian of Darkness.” With that, he snapped his fingers and we were standing in front a big, white building, most likely made of marble. My suitcases were in a neat pile beside me. What was this, some kind of fantasy game? Is the nasty old man gonna send me on some cracked up mission?

End Chapter 1…

Yay! My first multi chapter story! And even I think it’s good. :D Review, dammit! Review!
