Pirates of the Hogwarts Sea

Epilogue

One year after the previous chapter

Harry moaned as he was again abandoned in bed so that Severus could take his shift at the wheel. They really needed to find a new first mate and fast, he did not like being left in bed alone as often as he was. It had been nearly a month since Draco and Remus had left the Deadly Potion to take control of the Draconis; Harry wasn't sure if Severus was waiting for Draco to come back or Harry to offer himself up as first offer. Neither was likely to happen any time soon.

Draco was happy being his own captain, he liked it, even if it had come at the death of his own father. Harry had watched the pair of Malfoys get closer and Draco had mourned when word had come that both Lucius Malfoy, his lover and 5 other crew members had been killed in a scuffle with a Navy Ship. But it had not been the same as if Severus had dies, Lucius had become a beloved uncle but Severus was still his father. They had managed to see Draco and Remus twice since they had left and he hoped that they continued to see them as often, he missed the pair.

The Draconis was the only other ship from Lord Voldemort's fleet that still sailed the oceans, well that they knew of. Bellatrix's shape had been sunk six months previously and Bella, along with a number of her crew, hung. Greyback had lasted a little longer, it had only been two months since news had reached them that the Wolfen had been sunk by a typhoon, all crew going down with the ship. Rosier seemed to have just vanished, no sightings, no news, nothing, it was like the Captain, his ship and his crew had vanished with no survivors or witnesses to tell the tale.

Even the ship that had once been captained by the pirate Lord himself, The Serpentine, had been captured by the Navy. Harry got a chuckle in his belly every time he thought about it, the Navy all excited and proud that they had finally caught the famous and ruthless Lord Voldemort, only to not be able to find him on board. They would never know that a month previous, in to much pain to even get out of bed, Lord Voldemort had taken a poison from Severus. The red-eyed man who had never been anything but kind to him had simple gone to sleep and never woken up again.

It had been a hard time for Harry for the simple reason that it had been a hard time for Severus and he loved his pirate captain. Harry drifted back to sleep, thinking of his pirate captain and what he was going to do with him next time he got the other man in their bed.

XXX

Harry sat in the crow's next, waiting for his relief to take over so he could get some food before ravishing Severus, long hours in the crow's nest had given him some wonderful ideas. He was horny and wanted his captain but his relief was no where in sight and he had an important job to do.

It was small and just visible to the naked eye but something was coming up on their port side, he pulled the looking glass to his eye and smiled when he not only spotted a skull and crossbones but also Lord Voldemort's mark. Lord Voldemort may have been dead but his remaining ships still flew his mark with pride. Although this was not the Draconis. It was a ship that seemed familiar but he could not place.

"Ship off the port side, closing in, flying the skull and bones with our Lord's mark but not the Draconis," Harry yelled down to Severus where he stood at the wheel, glad that they both had the same shift.

"Mac is coming up to replace you, I want you by my side," was Severus' reply, Harry nodded and started to scramble down the netting, passing Mac as he went. He could hear Severus shouting more orders, getting the men quietly ready for battle, just because someone flew the skull and bones, even with their Lord's mark did not mean that it was a friend.

Harry took the wheel from Severus while his older lover used his telescope to get a better look at the ship that was approaching them.

"Rabastan," Severus muttered.

"Who?" Harry asked curiously.

"He was Voldemort's first mate for many years, he wasn't there when we went to see Voldemort for the last time, I was told he had vanished a week previously. The ship is the Lacerta, I was unaware that he was captaining it, he was being keeping it quiet."

"The Lacerta?" Harry asked he had never heard of the ship before.

"Lord Voldemort's second ship, kept hidden away incase something happened to the Serpentine. A ship designed by Voldemort himself, he sometimes took it when raiding the Navy just to confuse them."

"It looks like he is coming to meet us," Harry pointed out, the Serpentine had been a beautiful ship but the Lacerta was smaller, sleeker probably not practical for Voldermort's large crew on a long time basis.

"Yes it does," Severus confirmed, and pulled Harry close, fitting their bodies together. Harry relaxed into his lover, it felt wonderful. Just because Severus recognised the man didn't seem to mean that the man could be trusted.

It took another quarter of an hour before the to ships were sailing side by side, the two captains stood at their railings staring at each other.

"Severus."

"Rabastan," Severus replied in the same neutral tone, "How long have you been on the Lacerta?"

"Some months now but I have been up to England on business."

"And now?"

"We have returned to carry on the fine traditions that our Lord taught us, we heard the rumours in Tortuga that only you and the Draconis still sail the sea under our Lord's mark."

"The rest have been caught, sunken by a typhoon or in Rosier's case just vanished," Severus confirmed.

"Pity. I do have an ulterior reason for searching you out."

Harry felt Severus tense next him, pausing for battle if the need came.

"Pet come out here I am sure that there are people you would like to see."

Harry tensed next to Severus, wondering what on Earth was going on, then to everyone's amazement Sirius swaggered out of the cabins, he wore black pants with leather boots and fine black shirt. His black hair was long to his shoulders, loose and slightly damp and he was grumbling under his breath.

"Rab, I was busy," Sirius whined, much as Harry remembered from his own time living with the man, the exact same tone that you would associate more with a small toddler than a fully grown Navy officer.

"I know but I thought you might want to see our visitors," Rabastan said and pointed at Harry.

Sirius looked up and broke into a wide grin, "Harry," he shouted happily and looked like he was about to try and jump across the gap between the two ships. Thankfully Rabastan grabbed Sirius' shirt and pulled him back to safety, while Harry knew his godfather could swim, he didn't particularly want to have to fish Sirius out of the sea.

"Pet calm yourself," Rabastan order and to Harry's amazement his godfather immediately took a few deep breaths and was obviously calmer. He didn't know what Rabastan Lestrange had done to Sirius but so far it looked like it for the best.

"Sorry Rab but its Harry, why didn't you tell me?"

"Because I was unsure that we would find the Deadly Potion, you can speak with Harry as soon as we board the Deadly Potion."

Sirius gave a pout but nodded his head 'yes' and returned to the cabin, Harry had to say that his godfather was stamping his feet. Harry saw Rabastan give Sirius a fond smile, whatever had happened between the pair had been good for both men. It wasn't until some hours later that Harry discovered what had transpired between the two men that had lead them to their current relationship.

After being gifted to Rabastan to keep him under control, the pirate had been reluctant to hurt Sirius as he had previous pets. Rabastan had kept Sirius under control but had not wanted to torture the other man, so he had kept Sirius as a pet, a play thing but again had been reluctant to force anything sexual between them. Sirius told him how it had taken Rabastan months to get him used to being touched in a sexual way, of course he loved it now and thought that sometimes Rabastan tied him up just to keep him out of trouble when he was being too demanding.

Harry was very glad that his godfather had found what he needed after all of this time, even if it had been a pirate. Not that he had anything against Pirates, considering he rather liked the one that he had and Remus' pirate was still his best friend. It was just that he had never thought that Sirius would ever unbend enough to have a sexual relationship with another man never mind a pirate captain.

"We are meeting Remus and Draco in a few weeks, I am sure that he would like to see you," Harry said, they were meeting at the Island but neither Sirius or Rabastan had to know that until they had agreed to the meeting.

"Do you really think he wants to see me?" Sirius asked nervously, "I said some things last time."

"He loves you no matter what silly things you have done in the past and you have done some silly things. I forgave you a long time ago and Remus has known you a lot longer then me so knows a lot more about the silly things you are capable of."

Sirius almost leapt across the table to hug him, Harry let Sirius hug him and hugged the other man tightly. He had had long conversations about Sirius with Remus and they had both agreed to forgive him, whether Remus would be so forgiving in person or if Sirius would get a wallop around the head first would be discovered in a couple of weeks, he hoped.

"Sit down Pet," Rabastan snapped and Sirius reluctantly let go of Harry.

Harry returned to his seat, sighing as Severus' arm came around him, clutching him possessively. The young man looked over at where Rabastan was holding Sirius just as possessively, except of course Sirius had a jam scone sliding down his front.

"You might want to eat that not wear it," Harry pointed out with a giggle.

Rabastan reached over and plucked the half eaten scone from his lover's clothing. The scones had been picked up the previous day when they were in port, a rare luxury when at sea but one Harry had been more than willing to share with his godfather. The Pirate Captain took a bite of the scone without a care in the world about where it had been but Harry had been at Sea for a while and knew that good food did not go to waste.

"We will meet both you and the Draconis on the date that you have already arranged," Rabastan told them once he had finished his scone, holding Sirius tight in place.

Harry grinned at the two men, glad that finally his entire family was getting on. He couldn't wait for next month when they all got together, he loved them all and was glad that after all these years everyone would be there together. While he was sure that there would be some fighting, pirates getting together always had that but he was just glad that none of it would end with a visit from Davey Jones.

THE END - No sequels.

That is all folks, hoped you enjoyed it.
