I wept the day I realized,

My parents always apologized.

Self-confidence beyond my reach,

A fortress gate I cannot breach.

The clothes I wear are made for women,

To hide from the assertiveness of man.

I am such a big disgrace,

My life is such a pointless waist.

A reason for living, now I see.

All life is precious, even mine.
