Now this is the rewritten version as the last one was full of mistakes and yeah even I had trouble reading it.

Chapter 1: Teddy troubles

Zell was walking over to a nearby rock to sit with his teddy bear Hotdogs who was swaying back and forth behind him. Just as he had reached the rock and began to take a seat, Seifer jumped from behind making poor Zell drop his bear.

He too fell and cut himself on the rocks sharp edge, causing tears to start forming on face, Seifer just smirked arrogantly and grabbed Zells teddy bear away, before Zell had the chance to take it back. Zell however saw this and brushed himself off quickly to grab it back ,the poor bear was now being pulled backwards and forwards by its arms and legs, it however ended as quickly as it had begun with some of the stitching being ripped ,causing the young boy to crawl over and hold the beloved bear tightly.

Seifer sniggered smugly and said in his childish but confident voice "oh did I rip your teddy bear oh what’s it name oh let me guess crybaby after you that’s right cry that’s all you ever do!”

Zell got up still holding is beloved bear managed to stammer out “his name is Hotdogs and my Ma gave him to me” he spat at Seifers face.

Seifer recovered and soon retorted back “thought so only cry-baby would call bear stuff like that oh what you going to do about it tell Matron!” Seifer said poking Zell painfully in the shoulder.

“Fine then I will” Zell yelled back storming off up the stone stairs that lead to the Orphanage while dragging his bear behind him, he walked up the large stone steps and into a long stone hallway where he spotted Matron talking to two adults.

He ran down the long stone passageway as fast as his small legs could take him “Matron...Matron...Matron” a small boy cried down the hallway of the Kramer Orphanage.

Edea suddenly stopped speaking to the couple and quickly turned to face a young three year old Zell who was teary eyed, she sighed and told the couple to excuse her for a moment.

This was beginning to happen all too often she thought maybe Cid should have a chat with the four year old Seifer sometime maybe he could knock some sense into Seifer.

Seifer had only been there for six months and had already scared off two couples who were interested in him after all who could resist a confident four year old, well that’s what most couples thought of Seifer. But that was before he pulled a prank on them, for the last couple a paint bucket full of red paint had fallen on top of them, how Seifer got to it was anyone’s guess.

Edea quickly snapped out her thoughts to see a confused young couple looking at her, and a crying three year old boy tucking at her long black dress.

Edea knelt down to his level and looked into the 3 year olds eye before kindly asking “what’s wrong Zell?”

Zell wiped his eyes on his pale blue shirt and told her the whole story of how Seifer had ripped his teddy bear, Zell soon took the bear out from behind his back, it was a small stuffed teddy bear with well worn dark brown fur and a red bow that was in need of being retied it was obvious the little boy had attempted to it himself. Edea laughed at the boys attempt at tying knots but frowned when she saw a large hole where the stitches had ripped on the bears back; she smiled kindly at Zell and hugged the boy before whispering to him “I’ll fix him I promise”.

“Promise” the boy sniffled back wiping his eyes

“Promise” she replied back using a nearby clothe to wipe the boys face clean of the tears.

Edea soon realized that the couple were still there and turned around to see a smiling but very confused couple, she introduced Zell to them, but of course Zell was to shy.

So she had to do it for him “Zell meet Mr and Mrs Elson” Zell in response waved slightly and said “hi” awkwardly before running off down the long stone hallway again.

The couple smiled and asked how old Zell was Edea answered “he’s three his parents died in the war” she confirmed “sad really”.

“Nice bear” Mrs Lee said in a disgruntled tone “who did what?” the woman said again seeing that it had obviously been done on purpose “Seifer” Edea replied “the kids a menace really always picking on him”.

The couples were looking at the clock worried, Edea realized that they had to go “Oh Sorry our chat was so short” she told to the couple before continuing to ask “but you have our contact address don’t you?” They nodded and said they would be in touch, she smiled when they had left in their car and decided to check on Zell and the other children back at the beach.

To Edeas surprise everything was fine except for seeing her husband showing off his sword skills to the boys with Seifer making comments to both squall and Irvine, they of course were trying to ignore him. And cid wondered where Seifer got his ideas from she thought to herself shaking her head.

Cid had noticed her and quickly put his sword away seeing his wife’s displeasing looks ,he smiled smugly and walked over to Edea "and you said I could not handle it” he said giving her a satisfied look.

“So you managed reasonably” Edea answered back “reasonably you say dear” Edea sighed the spoke again “yes reasonably “ she said rather bluntly before revealing the bear “Zell came by and showed me this”.

“This is what you showing off does it makes Seifer more lethal then he already is dear!” She pointed out “Please have a talk with lovely little Seifer will you” she said in a scolding voice.

He decided to change the subject “Edea dear I was thinking”, “yes” she asked intrigued “maybe we should do something with that Garden idea after all it might stop so many tragedy’s occurring if another war breaks out”.

They looked at the children sadly, “Yes we should” she replied “but lets discuss this when there’s no kids to ease drop on us” with that she looked down at Selphie, who was sucking her thumb, the girl looked up innocently and asked “what’s a Garden?”

“A place full of flowers and people” she replied to the young girl cheerfully.

"Yay I want to see one can I can I!” she said innocently, Edea looked at the girl “When your older now go play I think Irvys getting bored” with that she ran off after him.

She stood and thought for a moment, she did not want the future to come but knew it would some day too soon so until then she would try to make the most of life as it was now.

However Edea did not have much time to think this over as just about a minute later Seifer got into an argument with Squall and poor Ellone was struggling to keep the peace between the two.

She smiled at cid and kissed him wittingly before they both walked over to resolve the argument between the two boys.

Okay I have finally re-edited this and I hope it’s a little easier to read
