Hello. I’m back after a break from Yu-Gi-Oh fanfictions. I just recently finished up a Rurouni Kenshin fanficiton and now I was like, “Hm...I think I will right a Yu-Gi-Oh one now.” So, here it is.
This just kind of hit me when I was listening to a Cradle of Filth CD.
Anyway, here is chapter 1...
YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Possessive Obsession
Him Chapter 1
She was running. To where, she didn’t know. She had to get away...from HIM.
It started out as sweet and innocent, but it quickly grew to obsession. His words in his notes and calls became less gentle and more aggressive. More possessive.
She finally made it to her front steps. Fumbling with the keys for a moment, she finally was able to let herself in. She slid down against the door and sighed.
I’m safe.
She sat there for a moment, collecting her breath as she looked around the foyer. The ticking of the clock in the background was heard. It then chimed eleven times. The time of the day had been indicated.
She slowly stood up.
When is this going to end. She felt exhausted. Always on edge. Her friends were worried. She could tell by the way they asked her questions concerning things at home and her personal life. However, she couldn’t go to them for help.
HE might hurt them.
She didn’t know who it was for sure, but by the way he stalked her, she knew he was dangerous. She wouldn’t, and couldn’t, put her friends in danger. She moved from her foyer into her living room. She made sure her front door was re-locked.
Of course, her parents were out of town. AGAIN. She wished they were here. It would make her feel safer. More protected.
However, she was alone. She was more vulnerable. HE could get to her easier.
She stopped when she got into the living room. In the middle of the floor, was a box. It had been intricately wrapped. She at first wondered if she should even move towards it.
However, the fact of not knowing what it was, made up her resolve to open it. She cautiously moved forward. She bent down and carefully picked up the box. She moved towards the couch and sat down. The box was in her lap. She looked at the tag. It was from HIM.
She slowly removed the black and silver ribbon. She then carefully removed the red and silver wrapping paper. When all of the paper was removed, all that was there was a black box. She removed the lid.
Inside was a single bright red rose next to a box. She reached inside the box. She opened the lid and gasped. Inside the box was a beautiful silver and sapphire necklace. The sapphire gems went around the whole necklace with diamonds surrounding it.
She closed the lid against and put it back inside the box.
Yes. The gift was impressive but she reminded herself of whom it came from.
Her stalker.
She stood with the box and went into her room. She walked in and sat the box on her nightstand. She felt a breeze against her face. She sighed.
Wait. The breeze.
Her eyes snapped open. She swiveled her head towards her window.
It was open.
With that realization, she felt a hand clamp around her mouth and the other hand snaked around her waist. She was pulled against a well built chest. She tried to struggle against her captor but she was too securely held.
The last thing she heard before she succumbed to darkness was the words of her captor. Her stalker.
“The pharaoh won’t have you...but I will.” A low chuckle filled the air. There was a blinding golden light and she suddenly fell into darkness. The only word she heard before she lost consciousness was the word Sleep.
