Some days ago I zapped through the channels on TV and I saw the girl (Lisa Ann Cabasa) that played Tinga on Dark Angel. I got curious and continued watching the show. It was 'Baywatch Hawaii' lol. Just a short explenation how I got to write this story ;-)

Chapter 1: Default Chapter

Everything was going smoothly for the transgenics in Seattle. They had their own sector, Terminal City, and the citizens of Seattle respected them although transhumans like Joshua or Mole received curious glares every now and then.

Max lived with Original Cindy again and Logan and her were starting to get along again after the huge fight they had had after he had told her about Seth. The virus was out of the way now and they were able to touch but Max didn't feel the need to anymore.

Logan had kept such a big secret as the one about Seth being dead because he was on a mission for Eyes Only from her that Max wasn't able to trust or respect him anymore like she had before.

Max and Alec still did cat burglar jobs for Eyes Only and they grew closer with spending more and more time together.

Of course Max still hit him for his smart-ass comments, but not as hard as before. She had realized that she could rely on Alec and they were something like friends. Sometimes they even talked about Manticore and last week Max had told him about some of her siblings as they were sitting in her apartment after an evening at Crash.

He had wanted to know about more of them, not only about Ben and Zack so they ended up talking about Max's siblings all night.

She had even shown him some photos Logan had made for his Eyes Only archiev.

Back then Max hadn't thought that it could have any consequenzes for her life but today was the day she would begin to realize that a simple photo should turn her life around...
