"Chakotay, I love you."

"No you don't Kathryn, you love the convenience." he responded, a hint of anger in his voice.

Kathryn turned to look at the man standing behind her. "What the hell is that supposed to mean?" she threw back.

It was all he could do to look at her. This woman, whom once, had held his heart in the palm of her hand, was now the one responsible for making his life a living hell. "You love the 'fuck and run' availability of me, Kathryn."

She glared at him. "You've never complained before."

"Fuck you."

"With pleasure-lover."
