Taunting dreams

I had a dream last night

You were there

As I floated through

The pointless air

I reached out my hand

And called your name

You turned away

I was to blame

Then he appeared there

You smiled at him

You both embraced

My light did dim

I say I’m sorry

I yell it and scream

You walk away laughing

I woke up from my dream

I hold my heart

Could it be true?

That I was jealous?

That I love you….
