A poem of Confusion

When I look into his eyes

Into those pools of crystal blue

I see something else besides murder

I see sadness

Yet love

When he looks at me with those sad lovable eyes

I melt in my shoes

When he embraces me in his arms

I can feel his heart beat

His soul

When he kisses me with those soft lips

I feel passion

When he puts his arm around me

I feel warm

Yet cold

When he holds his halberd

I see hate

When he sleeps

I see torture

Yet paradise

When he died that day

I fell

Into a deep dark abyss

Of what we call fear

That day I died
