A/N- Dedicated to Mocha Addict. This story's biggest fan apparently lol. Nice to meet you by the way, yay a new friend! Anyway I'm rambling so please review!
Warrick took a seat at the computer station. The Video set up he pressed the correct buttons that allowed the computer to play the file.
At once the sex scene appeared on the screen and Warrick's eyes darted to the object resembling a gun hidden away under the bed. You could only see the muzzle so he paused the clip and enhanced the image. The pixilation screwed it up so Warrick fiddled some more until it became clearer.

" Hey a gun."

Warrick jumped. He laughed as he turned to see Sara stood there, a cup of coffee in her hand.

" You make a habit of scaring people?" Warrick turned back to the computer image.

" Is that our murder weapon?"

" Sara slow down, how are you feeling needs to be asked first-"

" Okay how are you feeling Warrick?" Sara smirked.

" I meant to you, you feeling better?"

Sara shrugged;
" So so. So is that our murder weapon?"

Warrick shook his head with a laugh;
" Work is your life and always will be right?"

" Right;" Sara pulled up a stool beside him and watched as Warrick clicked the keys to print the image; " So who's gun is that?"

" I'm assuming Eric Roses'."

" The horrible best friend."

" Right. This is a picture of a gun under his bed."

Warrick pressed play and at once the camera went back to it's orginal view. Janine.

" And Greg's girlfriend."

" Yeah." Warrick said softly as he stood up to collect the printed images.

" Does Greg know?"

" Yeah he knows."

Sara nodded, turning back to the screen she pressed pause and brought up the gun image again;
" Do you think this could be the murder weapon?"

Warrick shrugged;
" Possibly, we didn't find a gun at the house. We need to recover it to be sure."

" Will this picture get us a warrant to interrogate Eric Rose?"

" Could do."

Greg sat next to Alexis' hospital bed, his face deeply frowned. Her chest rose and fell slowly and occasionally she sighed. Every time Greg's head went up in case she had awoken. His hand found hers and stroked it, tears slid from his eyes as he did. Heart wrenching sobs that shook his whole body.

There was a knock at the door and Greg quickly wiped his eyes. A doctor entered, a clipboard in his hand;
" Sorry, do you want a moment?" He asked seeing Greg's anguished face.

" No it's fine." Greg managed to get out as he grabbed a tissue from the box on the side and dabbed at his eyes.

" Are you family? A relative?"

" Best friend." Greg told him and the doctor nodded. He consulted the chart again;
" Miss. James-"

" Alexis.;" Greg quickly interupted. At the doctors face he laughed a little; " She hated Miss. James, said it made her feel like a school teacher."

" Oh;" The doctor let slip a small smile and then said softly; " She's going to be fine."

" She's going to wake up soon?"

The doctor nodded;
" I can't be precise but it will probably be in a matter of twelve days. The bullet lodged into her spinal cord, at first we were worried that if we were to remove it she would die immediatley. We gave her special drugs and monitored her. She responded and when she awakes it proves she's strong enough for the operation to remove it."

" That's great news!" Greg beamed, now crying tears of joy.

" I'll leave you two alone now. Excuse me." The doctor exited the room and Greg turned back to Alexis. He took back up her hand and kissed it;
" You hear that Alexis, your gonna' be fine."
