A/N: This would be my first attempt at writing a Naruto fanfiction. Though this is not my first attempt at writing fanfiction in its self, so lets just say I'm walking a bit blind on a side walk I know like the back of my hand! If I get any thing wrong PLEASE TELL ME, things like names and spelling. I pride my self in being a great writer, how else did I get published! But I make mistakes and naruto has some hard words to spell... All those Jutsu!

FIRST AND FOREMOST! This is a Gaara X Hinata story, with a few 'voted on by you' couples...that does not involve the two main couples though! If you disagree with this couple then click that damn back button and move on with your life! I do not want any flamers for things I warned about!

SECOND: This story will have violence, bad language and if I work up the courage it might have a lime/lemon in it! Thus it has the rating M, so if you cannot handle that kind of literature then you need to join the Gaara X Hinata haters and click that damn back button!

THIRD: If you have suggestions/ideas for events in the story, I like to hear them. I admit it! I get dry on ideas, so help is welcome when it comes! I am also bad about losing faith in my work so I like reviews with encouragement, it tells me I keep my readers wanting! This story is a challenge to my self... I want to finish it completely (maybe 15-20 chapters the most then maybe a sequel) and by God I'm going to finish this damn story if it kills me!

Stop And READ THIS: I decided to change this part because the review I got... this story is based more on the anime! Gaara's father is the KazeKage. I thought to also make the point that this story will be AU ! it strays far from the real story... where gaara doesn't die!

Cold November Days
when trees wither away.
Birds fly astray
in search of the gay beach splays.
Call the Kids for outing
to dance and sing "hoorah!"
To this Cold November day

As though life itself is crying
with leaves streaming from their eyes.
Lying rigid
dead on mother Gaea's face.
On this Cold November Day

Let the icy fingures
of maiden winter come to stay.
In the Cold November Days

Chapter 1 All the days

Her knees folded below her slight frame, small pale hands gently nested in her black covered lap. Hidden in a secret get away, with large, lofty, Sakura trees. Soft gurgles of fresh water rushed past the slime covered rocks in the meadow beside her nimble form. It was warm, no matter the cold that set in during the November days. This garden of sorts was unknown to the few that glared at the young child that hide in her leafs. A relief, a place of deep meditation and relaxation was what Hyuuga Hinata expected find when she needed to run away without the shame of the real meaning to the word.

Sweat slipped down her tired neck and back, she had spent her free day from training with her team, practicing her fathers' coveted Taijutsu. A father who she knew she would never please, the night before her father had taken it upon himself to move Hanabi to their mother's bedroom, a room for a highly honored member of their clan.

A place where she, Hinata, was to reside when she became the head of the clan.

Deep down the girl knew she would never become what her father had planned for her. She was weak, simple and unfitted to the role of Leader. Her sister, even at her young age had great advantages over her older sister. An older sister more prone to mix medicine and heal, than to fight hand-to-hand combat, Neji-niisan had told her this many times before. Unfortunately advanced knowledge in medicine was not excepted, it was a weakness to the grande, old, family of Hyuuga.

Hinata sighed, releasing her unsteady breath. Her slender fingers reached up her big jacket and began to undo the binding bandages that every Shinobi female and some males needed to wear. The pressure on her small, unformed, breasts lifted as the bandages fell away from her sweat soaked skin. Only now, when no one saw what she was doing or saying, could Hinata drop all faces and be what she wished she could show the others outside the hidden garden. With determination, she pushed her self up off the ground, and prepared to do another sequence of Taijutsu required to earn her fathers praise for the nightly match against Hanabi.

As swift and gently as she could muster, she ran through the forms and positions. Stumbling only a few times, with her Byakugan activated it was an added complication of trying to mold her blood limit into her attacks. Neji-niisan could do it with ease, yet she was unable to fully understand why one would want to hurt or kill someone by chakra. A theory that plagued her mind each time she fought an opponent.

The afternoon wore on, the people in Konoha were by now at home or heading there soon. Hinata found no reason to hurry, her father paid no attention to her until her sister announced the daily challenge, to defeat her. The 13 year old was worn, and heaving heavily, with small coughs to clear her bloody mouth. Her mind pushed on, she knew she could not look weak when she walked into the main hall of her family mansion. As heavy as her legs felt, she dragged herself to the creek's edge, staring at her reflected face, a face she disliked, a face her father said was weak. Dipping her fingers in the cold water, she splashed it over her face and neck. Enjoying the chilling sensation that it left on her heated features. She drank a few hand fulls, trying to rid her mouth of the copper taste of blood.

She tiredly turned and walked to the tall Sakura tree, leaning onto the trunk, she felt the chakra flow within. Hinata felt more attachment to the nature and wildlife that surrounded her than the people she saw every day. In her eyes Nature was always giving its' life, its' chakra, to others. Yet humans had no thought to do so, chakra was used for fighting, and that was the Ninja way. She stood that way, if only for a few minutes, to absorb the warm charka that emitted from the old tree.

"I need to go home, I need to go home."

With that whispered encouragement, Hinata wrapped her breasts and thighs back up. Leaving to go back to the real reality that she feared. Her Father.

Hiashi scowled at his eldest daughters lastness.

The day had gone well, an agreement had been made. He was relieved of one nuisance, and was given a reward for doing so. He was pleased with his wit, yet again he had won when all cards were bad.

The old fool had agreed to take trash, for exchange of gold and secret alliance. As long as the Hokage never found out the extent of the bargain than he was safe. Of course, Tsunade was a lazy gambling drunk, unworthy of the title Kage.

"Neji."

The head Hyuuga barked out, his icy gaze shifting to the shadow in the corner that was his nephew. A boy born with incredible abilities with his blood limit, ironically his twin brother, Neji's father, was weak like Hinata: yet he produced a powerful child. To bad the so called genius was of the branch family.

"Yes, Hiashi-sama." Neji stepped out from the side, his features equally emotionless.

"Hinata is late, see to it that she doesn't lose her self. I have something important to announce before dinner, I wish for the family to join. It is good news, news I wish my eldest to hear, if she still has that ability."

Neji bowed his head in understanding, a took off the opposite direction, careful to keep his face stoic. He knew his uncle had the Byakugan activated, he could not risk any emotion infront of the man, he would in the end use it against you.

Neji was slightly worried about his younger cousin, though not outwardly, Neji enjoyed watching Hinata. She was sweet, gentle and cute. Something the Hyuuga women became deprived of.

As he walked out the main entrance he caught sight of her, his Byakugan told him she was exhausted, that she had been training for hours. If he knew how to Neji would have smiled, he liked Hinata; simply because she had that undying quality of never giving up. If only her confidence and self-esteem were higher she would be a formidable opponent in battle. If she had liked to fight, that is.

"Konnichi wa, Neji-niisan." Hinata whispered softly, to tired to raise her voice above that level. Her pale eyes surveyed her cousin, she knew without asking that she was somehow in trouble with her father, thus inflicting Neji's cold glare.

"Dinner is to be served soon, Hiashi-sama has requested that all members of the family be present for this dinner. He has an announcement to make."

With that statement Neji turned on his heels and left a staring Hinata in the large oak doorway. With a gentle shake of her head, Hinata leaned down to remove her shoes, placing them on the shoe matt by the door. She noted that many others were already there, a sign that she was indeed late and was expected to show up. Hinata walked with what she hoped was a stride of a healthy fit girl, not terrified of what her father was going to say. For many nights she had nightmares of her father placing the dreaded seal on her forehead. A dream she knew would come true if she didn't try harder with her training, her match with Neji at the Chuunin exams had put her in the view of her father as dirt under his shoe. It did not matter that she had passed the exam.

Her hand shakes lightly as she pulled the sliding rice wall to the left, the view of her family greeted her. Her father seemed happy, almost elated. The rest were confused, though many deemed it unwise to show such on their cold pale features.

"I am here."

Hinata entered on her knees, as was custom. Bowing her head to the floor, waiting for permission to join them for dinner.

"Ah! Now is a good time to tell family of good news. As you all may know the honorable Hokage had a meeting with the KazeKage himself, no alliance of course, a waste in my eyes. But I my self spoke to the Kage of the sand village. We are similar in ambitions. It would seem that the KazeKage is in need of a few things. I have made an exchange of good for that thing."

Her father paused, sipping the tea he held in his hand. She feared the way he pronounced thing, she knew he spoke of her. She knew that she was that thing.

"I have received gold and a good family tie from this man, he has given us Hyuugas' a way to expand our rare talents. A talent he wants to see. Hinata, child of mine, get up and face me, for I want to see your grateful face, I have given you a gift that no child your age would dream of getting."

Hinata stood up slowly, her eyes wide with fear.

"You are to leave for the Hidden village of Sand, you will depart as the KazeKage's wife."

"You can't do this Hyuuga Hiashi. She is only 13, not a women. The kazeKage is 60! He did not come here to get a wife!"

Tsunade was pissed, the whole village had now heard of the betrothal of Hyuuga Hinata to the KazeKage of Sand.

"Hokage-sama, she is mine, I will do what I wish with her."

She wanted to kill him. What pissed her off most was that she knew he was right, she had no power to interfere with clans and their interaction with its' own members. The girl was so much younger than the hateful kage.

"Is your daughter able to ahhh..."

What the hell was she going to say, have sex! The child has probably yet to start her menstrual cycle. She was more than likely still in her innocent years before puberty. Yet the child was thrown into marriage. What kind of father was this?

"Yes, Hokage?" Hiashi raised a dark eyebrow.

Tsunade sighed.

"Has she even started her female monthly cycle? Is she prepared for the demand that is required of a wife?"

"..."

She figured as much. Her eyes softened, the girl was going to go through hell. The nicest thing any of the sand nins could do for her was end her life. Tsunade knew that the KazeKage would not wait for Hinata to mature. He would rape her, for it would be rape, until Hinata was with child. She couldn't under stand why the old Kage needed another wife or children, he had 3 didn't he?

His goal was obvious, he wanted a child with the Byakugan.

Tsunade narrowed her eyes, 'Greedy Bastard.'
