A/n I wrote this wall listening to Avril Lavgens Sk8ter Boy. Emily Summers was a rich snobby Slytheren that Oliver liked. She liked him too but since her friends hated that he was a Gryffindor. So she teased him often and he gave up on her. The end is sad for one person and the other two get married and live happily ever after. I might write a sequel pending on what the reviewers tell me. This is an OW/KB songfic! The song is in italics. Any skipped time is underlined were it says how much time has been skipped.

He was a Gryffindor and she was a Slytheren what can I say

He wanted her she’d never tell but secretly she wanted him as well

All of her friends had a problem with him being a Gryffindor

“What are you looking at!” hissed Emily Summers during her double history of magic.

“The wall,” said an embarrassed Oliver Wood.

“Well look at a different one then,” Emily shot back like it was acid.

“Sure,” said Oliver. Then he looked at his best friend since they were 6 Katie Bell (a/n I know they are not the same age but That is why you have an ‘imagination’). She looked at him like he just said he was giving up Quidditchto join the circus.

“Oliver Michelangelo Alexander Wood you are pathetic,” screamed Katie then she did what any female best friend would do she slapped him “Tell her that you like her already!

“I can’t!”

“Why not?”

“She hates me.”

“TELL HER NOW!”

“Fine.”

“Thank you!”

He was a Gryffindor Boy so she said see you later Boy he just wasn’t good enough. She had a pretty face but her head was up in space she needed to come back down to ‘earth.’

Later on that night:

“So...” asked an exited Katie “What did she say?”

“For once I wish you had been right.” Mumbled Oliver sadly

“What happened?”

“I got shut down again,” said Oliver “she said she would rather date Marcus Flint.” Katie then rapped her arms around him and told him softly there was a girl out there that loves him. That night they fell asleep on the Gryffindor common room sofa together.

5 years from now she sits at home crying her latest boyfriend cheated on her with her little sister again. She picks up the paper a read the headline that said

“Puddlemere United VS Falmouth Falcons old school rivals Wood and Flint meet up again! See it live at the Falcons home field tomorrow! She owled her friends but they all knew and they all got tickets to see his game! So she tags along stands in the crowd and looks at the man she turned down.

“Wood saves the goal shot by Flint just as Whisp catches the snitch Puddlemere wins,” yelled Lee Jordan!

He was a Gryffindor Boy you said see you later Boy now that he’s a Quidditch super star going in the record books does your petty face see what he is worth?

Emily saw the team come out of the locker room and was about to apologies to Oliver for what she said and did all those nights ago when a tall blond girl came running out of the crowd screamed “Ollie!” jumped up and rapped her legs on to Oliver’s waist and they started to passionately kiss. Emily sat stunned then she heard two people’s whispered conversation:

“I would kill to be her,” said one

“I know! What’s her name again? Kathy? Something like that right?” Asked the other

“No! It’s Katharine Alexandra Elizabeth Bell you were close but still,” she said “lucky girl!”

Sorry girl but you missed out well tough luck that Boy’s mine now we are more than just good friends this is how the story ends to bad you couldn’t see, see the man that Boy could be there is more than meets the eye I see the soul that is inside

Katie Bell! A shocked Emily thought. Then Emily saw it that thing that blinded her she had always known they were good friends but this was over the top. It was impossible! Right?

He’s just a Boy and I’m just a girl can I make it any more obvious we are in love haven’t you heard how we rock each other’s world.

It wasn’t to big but not to small it was also a simple ring with one medium size diamond then a white gold band. They were going to get married. Emily sat speechless then she made eye contact with Katie. Katie whispered something in Oliver’s ear that made him smile. Then she walked over to Emily with a grim expression.

Katie then said “You know he really loved you back at school and was crushed with what you said that night?”

“I know,” said Emily “He loves you know, right?” Katie nodded “ You deserve each other.” Emily spat and walked away.

Katie then whispered:

“I’m with the Gryffindor Boy I said see you later Boy I’ll be in the locker room after the game. I’ll be talking to the girl you used to like.”

“Katie? Ready to go?” Asked Oliver

“Yah lets get out of here,” said Katie.

“Wait a minute,” said Oliver as he looked at Emily’s retreating back “who was that girl? I think I have seen her somewhere before.”

“Someone we use to know.” Said Katie in a hurry she didn’t want to tell him who it was.

“Who Emily Summers? He laughed

“Yes,” whispered Katie she couldn’t lie to the love of her life. That was just wrong!

He stopped laughing at once and scowled at the name then he said sharply. “She had her chance once I thought I loved her but I always loved you.”

Katie then whispered in his ear “ I love you to.”

“Lets go home now,” Oliver said in a whisper. They kissed then went to dinner and then home.

That night wall Oliver and Katie slept in each other’s warm and loving embrace someone else cried them self to sleep forever never to wake up.
