I revised it, mainly just edited the mistakes. I didn't change the lines even though it is quite corny now that I read it almost three years later. It's actually really interesting to see how you first start out in writing, and how you improve and end. So I wrote this when I was 12, now I'm re-editing it when I'm fourteen. Interesting how long I've been on this site.

Come a little bit closer Hear what I have to say Just like children sleepin'
We could dream this night away But there's a full moon risin'
Let's go dancing in the light We know where the music's playin'
Let's go out and feel the night

He watched her from an isolated part of the junkyard. How he yearned to see her dance and sing for him once again – see her smile and light up when he called her name. He hadn't meant to hurt her – he would never want to do such a thing, it had just happened so fast it had taken him by storm. I mean, he hadn't expected to fall for anyone -especially her of all queens. He was a fickle flirt, a rascal. Not belonging to anyone or anything and not wanting to. But then she came along - she turned his world up side down, inside out, he was changed completely. He couldn't control this feeling of want for her, it scared the heck out of him and he didn't know what else he could do.

Because I'm still in love with you

I want to see you dance again

because I'm still in love with you

On this harvest moon

The truth was he loved her, nothing more nothing less and needed her in his life. He never needed anything before and here he was finding out that of all things in the world he needed her. He watched her fur sparkle and shimmer in the moonlight, how truly dazzling and glorious it was. He longed to touch it and press it against him. The other queens meant nothing to him and he would give anything to get her back in his life, but it was too late. He had cheated and pushed her away – embarrassed her and made her look stupid. He felt like an idiot she was the only thing in his life that made him want to get up and breath in the morning.

When we were strangers I watched you from afar

When we were lovers I loved you with all my heart.

He remembered the first time he met her – she was cold and alone not at all they type of cat she turned out to be when she came to the junkyard. She had her own little fan club and often competed with him for the attention, he had to admit he was always more then a little jealous of the toms positions at her side. One night when he was alone he met her on top of an old car and reluctantly they went for a moonlight stroll together. Both didn't expect the other to be so open and honest with each other they found out that they were both very the same and weren't the stuck up cats they had made each other out to be. He fell in love with her and she with him, or so he thought. He was scared of love scared of what it did to him, so he made a fool of her and said he didn't care.

But now it's gettin' late And the moon is climbin' high

I want to celebrate See it shinin' in your eye

A rustle of trash coming toward him lulled him out of his daydream.

"What are you doing here?" her voice was barley a whisper and it had a menacing depressed tone to it. She was there, in all her splendor, staring at him. He couldn't look at her – he was to ashamed of what he had done.

" I uh wanted to say sorry and stuff, for uh how I treated you." Her ears perked up and a mocking laugh escaped.

"Since when do you lower your self to apologize to others and since when did you ever care how others felt? Did Etcetera decide to go after Pouncival and leave you in the dust?" Her words were harsh and hurt him.

"I guess I deserved that," he said lowering his head again." Look I never meant to hurt you, I would never do that to you. You know that!" He began to tremble with regret and a bit of anger. She put her hands on her hips and spoke a little softer

"Then why did you do it? All I ever wanted was to make you happy. To be there for you when no one else was. Damn it Tugger, I loved you!" She immediately clasped her hands over her mouth when she realized what she just had said. Tugger raised a brow and took her paws in his own.

"I was scared Bom, scared of the feelings you brought out in me, feelings of desire, want, happiness and pure passion . I love you and always have, but I was scared of love and scared to admit that I had actually fallen for someone, but the truth is that I have and I wouldn't be able to live with myself after knowing I had something so great and then it got ripped away from me! And I swear on the Heavyside I would take back every thing I ever done that hurt you- I would do anything to have you back!" Tugger was screaming the words and was panting heavily by the time he had finished. Her eyes were full of tears that slowly began to stream down her face.

Because I'm still in love with you I want to see you dance again,

Because I'm still in love with you On this harvest moon.

"I- I love you Rum Tum Tugger I always have, and always will," was all she said before she was swept into a long passionate kiss.

"I love you Bombalurina." he answered.
