Disclaimer: I OWN NOTHING!

As many things, sometimes it was right but as wrong. Lucy in finishing school? The idea of it made Mr. Tumnus sick to his stomach; Lucy was in no needing for finishing seeing there was nothing wrong with her in the first place. It was a decision of her older siblings; Susan and Peter who thought she needed more practice around civilized company. Edmund thought nothing of this, and said just about the same. Lucy in finishing school…

And her constant presence around other young females of Narnia could affect her greatly, teaching her useless hobbies such as frightened giggling and innocent summer-time kisses. This fear usually made him blush a slight pink. Any thought of Lucy’s kisses made him feel this way though he had never experienced one himself…its not like he could. Or should…but kisses coming from her sweet beautiful lips….

He knew that it could possible make her less charming in such places and what could they possibly teach someone as elegant as Queen Lucy? Sewing and curtsying? A young lady could be easily taught these things, and why didn’t anyone bother when she was a younger girl and still innocent. He had scaring daydreams of what she could be like when she returned her nose so high in the air she would drown if it rained. This idea frightened him and the idea of his dearest friend dying was a bloody nightmare.

B-But Lucy….

“Mr. Tumnus, here…” she placed a piece of paper in his hand. “It’s the address of the school, promise you’ll write to me. You’ll be my only friend in the world for a week.” He said nothing through his trembling lips. He really didn’t want to let her go, but it wasn’t his decision.

“Lucy, thank you.” He saw tears forming in her eyes. He could slowly feel his heart breaking. “Miss Lucy, don’t cry, it’ll be fine. You’ll have a w-wonderful time.” Was he going to cry too? Break down into pieces in front of her? Blinking to hold back tears, he gave his little queen a final hug.

“You’ll make plenty of friends...” But wait, if Lucy was to meet a boy in this city…..

Lucy was saying goodbyes to her siblings and the Beavers, giving cold looks to her brother Peter seeing it were his idea for this in the first place. A carriage sat waiting for her with an impatient looking midget driving it.

“Miss Lucy wait!” he called. She spun around quickly give him a look in the eye, with hint of confusion.

“I love…um….I-I…” Why was it that he was so shy?

“Mr. Tumnus are you alright? You look awfully pale, I could just stay a few extra minutes.” She said.

“Forget it missy, I’m on a tight schedule here. They expect you there by nightfall! We have to move it” The rude midget interrupted.

“Come one Lucy, you have to go! Good luck!” Susan said. Lucy ignored her sister and ran straight to Mr. Tumnus, kissing him on the cheek. Kissing him with her sweet beautiful lips….

“I-I…”

“Goodbye Mr. Tumnus, remember, please write to me.” She gave him another quick hug and ran to her carriage. With calling goodbyes to her siblings the carriage drove away not to be seen again for awhile.

“You should have told her, my friend.” Said a familiar voice blow him, he saw Mr. Beaver there. “There will be handsome young bachelors in this new city; many will try to earn the affection of a Queen. And the girls, what kinds of affection they could give her is unknown.”

“Then let them.” Mr. Tumnus said, hardly believing his words himself. “Affection and Admiration; of all people, Lucy deserves it.”

Kind of short, next chapter will be longer. Review...FOR NARNIA! (Hehe..don't ask)
