Distant Cries

Naruto stared at him for a few moments studying him. It had been such a long time since Naruto had last saw him. He looked the same. Short, spikey black hair, cold black eyes, and the same pail white skin. "Sasuke, it's been a while." He walked over to him and sat down next to the raven-haired teen.

"Yea.. it has."

Naruto frowned. Sasuke didn't seem too happy to see him. "Sasuke, Sakura-chan and I missed you. So did a bunch of others."

"That's great. I'm glad anyone even cared I was gone."

"You don't seem too happy... Are you ill?"

"No, of course not."

"Then why the long face Sasuke?"

Sasuke turned slowly to him. The boy's bright blue eyes were always so beautifull. The way they reflected the light off them was just perfect. "No reason. I'm just tired."

"You're lieing."

"Why would I lie to you?"

"Because you don't love me or Sakura-chan. Your heart feels no love toward anyone. You lied once before as well..."

Sasuke raised an eyebrow slightly and turned away from him. "And that was...?"

"You said I was your closest friend..."

"And I wasn't lieing!" Sasuke slammed a fist on the window sill.

For a second Naruto was shocked but then he became occupied with other concern.He didn't like how Sasuke was turned towards the window. It was as if he wasn't "really" talking to him.

"Sasuke look at me please."

The Uchiha kept his face turned away. He didn't even bother to glance at Naruto.

"Please! Sasuke!" Suddenly Sasuke could hear crying. It was Naruto. He could tell. But why was he crying?

"Sasuke you've always meant alot to me. So much like a brother... But... I think of you as more then that!"

Sasuke's frown turned into a slightly open surprised expression.

"Hear me please! Sasuke I love you with all my soul and heart!" Before Sasuke could say anything else he felt Naruto's right hand grasp the back of his neck and Naruto's left around his back. He suddenly felt a warm pair of lips meet his own not soon after. He broke the kiss only after enjoying it for at least 10 seconds.

"Why... why did you-"

"I told you." Naruto smiled. "I love you with all my heart Sasuke so..." He nuzzled his face into Sasuke's chest. "Stop hiding how you feel and give into your emotions."

"..I uh.." Truth is he didn't know what to say. Having Naruto so close made him feel warm inside so he let the blonde cling to him.

"You don't have to say anything at all Sasuke..." Naruto looked up and gazed into Sasuke's eyes. "Seeing your actions is plenty enough." He locked lips with his rival once again.

This time Sasuke didn't bother to break it. In fact, he would love if Naruto wouldn't let go... He'd love it if he wouldn't leave... He'd love it if...

He could cry right now in Naruto's arms. Let out all the pain he had felt while he was away. And so he did. Naruto smiled and clung to him once more.

Why can't I say how I really feel? These distant crys for you are so making me want to scream. I love you with all my heart and soul as well. This lust for you will never leave...

Naruto... Will you stay with me?

Forever..?

Sasuke: Oh hell! -hides-

SS: NARUTO! -pulls out a sledge hammer-

Naruto: MEEP! -runs-
