She appeared out of nowhere holding up a sword to the trespassers. With long dark untamed hair and beautiful brown eyes, questioned with her pale lips. "Who're you and what business do you have on Lord Yusuke's lands!"

"I.."The white-haired, golden-eyed male fox demon answered. "Am Lord Yoko, this..." he said with a nod of his headin the direction of his comrade, a male fire demon,"is Lord Hiei."

The girls eyes widened in realization.

"So, what is your name?" The fox asked of the young female who looked oddly like Yusuke himself and with that same aura which a couldn't be mistaken as aanyone else's.

"Reiken, in respects to grandfather." Her eyes became downcast for the moment.

Yoko and hiei raised an eyebrow.

'Unless the old man had two children, she definitly is Yusuke's. But I thought he was married to Keiko. Interesting indeed.' Yoko thought.

She folded her arms under her breast... the very same ones in which Yoko kept eyeing.

"Did otoosan request you to come? Or did you just decide to visit?"

Yoko smirked and answered in a childish voice that made Reiken glare at him only seconds later."Yep. You're otoochan sent for us and while we're discussing family, who's you okaachan?"

"Do you enjoy acting like a child and being an idiot?" She retorted.

"Hai, osoroshiku." He said still smirking.

"Hmph!" She turned around and started walking in the direction the two lords had been going in the first place. (Yokos eyes glued to her ass.)

Suddenly she stopped and turned around. "Stop it!" She hissed.

"Stop what?" The fox asked innocently; Hiei was just resisting the urge to roll his eyes at their foolishness.

A scream ripped through the silence.

A growl and Reiken was off, running to where the noise had erupted from. Yoko just shrugged and followed while Hiei did roll eyes. 'this is a waste of time' he thought to himself and took off after them.

"You!" Reiken growled/shouted, recognizing the leader of the small ragtag group of slave traders.

"Reiken!" The one male shouted in surprise...right before she cut off his head, slashed anothers belly, stabbed one that was on the ground and, using her sword by holding the hilt so that her feet were in the air and able to kick two others, she then spun around and cut the last one in half.

"Bastards" she muttered once they were all dead; a rustle, she looked around and saw two pairs of hidden eyes behind a few bushes. Sheathing her sword, she squatted down and told the children in a motherly tone,"It's okay. You can come out now."

They were bird demons, one had black wings, the other had brown, the one with black was a girl, the other a boy.

"But..but you're a...a species of cats." The little girl, the oldest was hugging the boy tightly; but they didn't have clothes.

"True, but...oh, here." Reiken took off her shirt and held it out to the girl, who quickly took it and covered herself.

Reiken turned around only to have something black thrown at her just to land in her slim arms. She looked down and noticied that it was two things, a shirt and the coat Hiei had been wearing. Looking up, she saw that Hiei was taking off the white cloth which adorned his neck. Reiken looked back down and silently turned back to the two children and handed the boy the black shirt. As he was putting it on Reiken was pulling on the black coat.

When the female glanced back down at them, she noticied they were a bit unconfortable and so stood and walked to their back.

"Hold still." She said ripping open holes for their wings.

"Better?" She asked with a smile.

"Much, thanks!"They exclaimed.

"No problem, now where's your clan?"

"Right here." A new voice intered the picture.

Reiken looked up and smiled, "Suzu."

"Reiken." The demon acknowledged with a nod.

"Aren't you famous." Yoko slightly smirked.

"And you're not?" Reiken questioned with a raised brow.

"Well what can I say?"

"Hopefully nothing." Turning her attention back to the birds she said, "We have business to attend to, if you will excuse us." And with that she left with the lords following close behind her.

About 3 days (running) they finally made it to the lords building and when they entered about a few doors later Reiken stopped, her claws digging deep into her palms. She turned around sharply.

"Nani?" Yoko asked innocently.

"I thought I told you to stop looking at my ass!"

"Ohh?" He said, a light entering his eyes. "How do you know it was me? Besides its not like anyone can see it throught that black coat. How depressing."

Reiken's eyes were changing drastically; dark blue, cat's eyes. On her head sprouted a pair of spotted ears and a tail also sprang out right above her bottom, also spotted.

At this both Hiei's and Yoko's eyes widened with shock. 'Jaguar!'

"Miss Reiken!" Another voice, this one soft and gentle to the ears. When the young feline turned, nonother than the ice maiden Yukina stood there.

"Yes?"

"Why were you about to attack Mr. Yoko?"

"Yukina, maybe he just diserves to be attacked! You know, like..." She glanced to Hiei then looked back at the ice maiden,"that pitiful rock you call an island should be."

Hiei looked at her and Yukinas eyes widened.

Yoko eyebrows were raised, 'Well, that was unexpected, to say the least!'

Quickly recovering, Yukina said," After what they did to my kyoodai, just because he was different." Her soft tone desperate.

There was an awkard silence which followed those words.

Reiken's ear twitched while her tail swung back and forth in an impatient manner as she started back down the hall.

The next stairs up was nothing but chaos! Everyone was either shouting, arguing, or beating each other up.

Reiken's eye twitched, Yukina, kinowing exactly what was coming, covered her ears.

Eye twitch.

Tail twitch.

Ear twitch.

"Shut THE HELL UP YOU FUCKING MORONS!"

Yoko had took up Yukina's tactic by covering his own ears while Hiei slightly winced.

Everything stopped and all were now silent.

"Now what the hell is going on?"

No answer.

She growled and went up to a 6'7 demon and yanked him down to her level, which was 5'2, 5'3.

"You see these?" Showing her claws, the demon nodded quickly.

"Good, do you know what I can do with them?" Same impression.

"Wonderful, Now what the fuck is going on?!"

"I don't know, it started as an arguement between two demons and then it somehow turned into a fight that everyone just kinda joined in! I swear Reiken!"

Apparently annoyed she released him saying," Why am I not surprised and who dosen't swear!" then asked,"Where the hell is that bastard?"

"Which one?" Yet another person interupted.

Casually leaning against the wall was Yusuke Urameshi.

"Well, if it isn't otoochan kawaii." She said sarcastically.

Yusuke glared at her, she glared back.

"Go to your room." He hissed down at her.

Her smile was dangerous, putting her hands in the coats pockets, she said,"Why should I? Oh, forgive me if I'm not a saint like the rest of your brats." As she spit out as she tried to pass by him.

Yusuke reached out and grabbed the front of the coat, his voice was much more dangerous now."Why are you wearing Hiei's jacket?"

She gave a bitter smirk and bit back, "Why ask me? Surely you trust him more than you do me."

"I've about had it with your smartass mouth!" he said, lifting her up in the air by the material of the jacket; her hands still in the pockets. Ears and tail long gone with her eyes back to normal.

"And I've had it with you." She retorted in a hiss.

SMMAAACCKK.

The sound echoed throughout the spacious tower.

Reiken's face was hidden by her thick, lush bangs, but her eyes were closed tight and her teeth gritted. The pain was almost unbearable, not the physical pain either, the inside turmoils and she wasn't going to cry!

Damnit it all!

"Look at me!"

She didn't move.

"Reiken!"

Her face slowly turned to his. Her eyes were burning with defiance, hate, and pain.

"Do as I say. And until I send someone or come myself you do not leave your room, understood?"

She spit blood onto the marble floor and glanced back up at him.

"Yes, sir."

The entire hall filled with relieved sighs.

Yusuke set her back on her feet and let her go.

Reiken turned away, head bowed in defeat, she looked back at her father and spit out more blood.

"I hate you." She grownled out then she was gone.

"Is she going to be okay?" Yukina asked.

"She'll be fine." Yusuke answered quietly.

"Are you sure?" Yoko asked.

Yusuke looked at the kitsune. "Yeah." and signaled for them to follow him.
