Moving On Without You

Prologue

Tears ran down Kagome’s face as she jumped into the well. She couldn’t believe he was doing this to her. Especially with her three months pregnant, even if he didn’t know.

‘I trusted him . . . I loved him.’ she thought as she drifted through the time warp. When she got to the other side she had made up her mind. “I’m moving on without you, InuYasha.”

InuYasha sat in a tree watching the sun set. He didn’t know what to do with himself.

‘She left. Why Kagome? Why did you leave?’ he had been asking himself the same question over and over again. He couldn’t figure out why she left.

He would have went and brought her back if she hadn’t put up a barrier around the well. He couldn’t break it either. Even with the Tetsusaiga. It was just too powerful. What had he done to cause her to g to these lengths to stay away from him?

InuYasha sighed as he watched the sun disappear from his view
