Living Together Can Be Part III (Or Part I of the David and Yoko Version)

I wanted to be the one to write the next part to Cannibal Jello's story. I also wanted to write something specifically for Valentine's Day. YAY I get to do both! Of course, this is hetero, but not because I don't like slash (I LOVE IT!) but because any attempt I make at writing slash fiction ends horribly. Seriously, the dead rise, the seas overflow, and overall it's not a pretty sight.

" …..Yoko?"

"What is it, David?"

"Have you seen my hair ties?"

" …..I don't think so…"

"Well, they have to be here somewhere."

Yoko hands David something.

"Try these."

" …These are scrunchies…."

" …..And?"

" …I don't wear scrunchies."

"Oh…"

"Well, maybe you look better with your hair down…"

" …you're wearing them, aren't you, Yoko?"

" …Yoko?"

"Well, I don't like using scrunchies! They fray and spread fluff and get caught in my hair!"

"Well too bad! Buy your own hair ties then!"

"Fine!"

"Fine!"

A sigh.

Mumble. "…..kusoyaro!"

"I know what that means, Yoko…"

"Well I do too! That's why I said it!"

"Oh really? Well fine! Doesn't bother me."

"Me neither!"

"Fine!"

"If it's fine then shut up already!"

"You first!"

" ….Yoko?"

" …..What?"

" I'm bored; can I play solitaire on your laptop?"

"It'll be at least one week until you have something warm in your lap again."

"You can't be serious!"

"But I am. The store is closed for business."

"Are you gonna be my Valentine or what?"

"Ummm….it depends. Did you get me a card?

Another sigh

He hands her a red heart shaped card. "Happy yet?"
