He steps out of the car, his hand resting on the door as he looks up at the building before. It's a place he hates to come to, because it means another child has been hurt. It means another little girl's life has been tainted. Another little boy's innocence has been taken away. It means another heart has been broken. Another soul blemished.

Or perhaps a boyfriend became enraged when his girlfriend broke up with him. A girl couldn't stand the taunts thrown her way every day. An adult taking advantage of a young life.
