She had only meant to give him a hug, really. She hadn’t intended for anything to come of it. But he had somehow maneuvered her into a position that had her staring up at his lips, wondering what it would feel like to kiss him. And then he was leaning down towards her, brushing his lips lightly across her own, and her stomach was twisting itself in knots because she couldn’t quite seem to catch her breath…

He rested his forehead against hers and gave her that shy, boyish smile. “Probably shouldn’t have done that, huh?”

“Probably not,” she agreed.

And leaned back up to kiss him again.
