Final Destination

Summary: Greg has a premonition at a crime scene that the place will explode. He thought he had stopped death from coming after him, but starts to freak out as each person who got out of the house are dying in odd situations. Can he stop death from hunting him down? Can he save his best friend? Or will death finish them off?

Disclaimer: If I owned CSI, there would actually be an awesome episode like this. AND I WOULD BE MARRYING ERIC SZMANDA. None of those seem to be happening to soon. Maybe some day.

Greg took a look around his crime scene. There were various blood spatters on the wall. He looked down at the four dead bodies that looked so peaceful. You could mistaken them alseep if they weren't covered in blood and weren't at loss of a pulse.

"Hey Greg," started Nick. "I need you to take a photo of this."

"What is it?" he replied.

"Some sort of computer chip. It's stuck in a stick substance. I'll swab it."

"Oh." Greg walked over to Nick and flashed the camera at the substance.

Nick picked up the small computer chip. "What do you suppose this goes to?" asked the Texan. He put his finger to the substance and licked it. The lamp shade flickered.

"I'm not sure. That's gross."

"Sugary, ha." Greg took a deep breath in.

"I don't feel very comfortable here." Nick smiled.

"This isn't your first quadruple murder case, man."

"I know, it's not that. I'm just not comfortable." Greg stood up. "There's something wrong here." The police officers that were in the room looked at Greg confused.

"Easy G, everything's fine."

"No, everything is not fine. Something's wrong here." Nick tried to calm Greg down. "I have a bad feeling about being here!" It didn't take Greg two seconds to realize that him and the rest of the people at the crime scene were being blasted out of the house. Nothing left, but ash.

Greg opened his eyes. "What do you suppose this is?" asked Nick. Greg was sweating.

"What the-?" he started. Greg watched as Nick started to taste the substance. The lamp shade flickered. "Oh my god, Nick! The room, it's gonna explode!" yelled Greg, uncontrolably.

"What are you talking about, man?"

"We gotta get outa here!" Greg pleaded. He tugged at Nick's arm. Nick observed Greg's face. Tears were starting to fall. Reluctantly, Nick followed Greg outside. Two officers, two witness and a detective followed. Nick held Greg still as they got far away enough from the house that Greg was satisfied.

"What is going on, Greg?" he asked, annoyed.

"I saw it, the house- it's- it's gonna explode!" Greg's tears grew heavier.

"Dude, that's highly unlikely, the scene was cleared. You'll be fine," Nick reassured him. Greg looked at the house. Just like in his premonition, the house exploded. Greg took a few steps back, still shocked that it had happened.

"If it's so highly unlikely to happen, then what's that?" Nick stared dumbfounded as the house went up in flames. Greg lost feeling in his legs and collapsed to the ground.

"That's... not good," Nick gasped.

Nick and Greg were sitting on the side of a curb as police were taking statements and such. Greg knew he'd be last. He had most to share. Nick looked up and saw Catherine rushing towards them.

"Oh my god guys! Are you okay?" she asked, bending over and pulling each into a tight hug.

"Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine," Nick said as he turned to looked at Greg. Catherine turned to face him as well.

"I'm okay," he forced out.

"Mr. Stokes and Mr. Sanders, may we see you?" asked a female officer. Behind her were two male detectives. Both nodded and stood up.

Being in an interrogation room was nothing new to Greg. Being the one interogated, that was something new. He kept reassuring himself that technically, this wasn't an interrogation room. He was just helping a detective.

"Multiple witnesses say thatthey heard you yelling for everyone to get out of the room. Is that true?" asked the male detective. Greg didn't know him personally, but had seen him before.

"Yeah, I saw it happen. I saw it- I saw it," Greg cried.

"What did you see?"

"The house-explode-everyone-dead." Greg knew he was sounding like an idiot now. Who would believe him? Why would they? Why should they?

"You saw the house explode?"

"Yes. Right as I was taking a picture of evidence." This was hopeless. The beginning to a very long night.
